I've been here twice now, and I'd say there's potential, but there's definitely some growing pains with this place. The restaurant is quite small. As of right now you'll probably have to wait for a table if you arrive after 6pm, especially if the patio isn't open. The hype machine has many folks wanting to try here, so keep that in mind. I'd suggest calling ahead to see what the wait time is during dinner hours. St. Louis is known for their wings, which was what I ordered both times. I usually go with their dusted wings for the slight bit of breading (they're not known for crispy wings, keep that in mind). They're famous for their Louis 92 BBQ, however both times I've gone so far they didn't have it in stock, so I stuck with their Memphis BBQ. It was good! It's probably one of the better wing places in the southwest part of the city IMO. The wing sizes are reasonably large, and they have wing nights on Tuesdays. I noted their A/C wasn't working the second time I visited, so I was pretty bummed about that as it was a hot summer day. Food does take a while to come out, but service generally was excellent both times I've been here so far. Maybe I'll give them a couple months to settle down before returning.
