They found my print jobs (didn't tell me that they did) and then acted as if my files were not useable -- when they were high quality PDFs ready for print. They were also sent the original Ai files as backup through a file transfer website and continued to tell me that my files were unusable. Even though when they download my files through the file transfer website, it alerts me by email. Sure -- claim that the files are unusable when you haven't even downloaded them. Terrible company.
