We had no idea that was the Beauchamp we had seen on the signs! Welcome to Franklin...) They have been kind and provide excellent care. It's so nice to bring your animals to a doctor who remembers them and their "conditions" from visit to visit (I'm not sure MY doctor even does that!). They have walked with us through the goodbyes of several pets and their compassion and care is so supportive. Most of the time, we see Dr. Bush now and the care is the same. We won't be changing anytime soon! I wish I could sneak in as a patient too~

I had a 14yo schnauzer who went down hill very quickly and my vet that I had taken her to for 2yrs could not get me in without me leaving her and them squeezing her in. I declined. I could not leave my dying dog scared and alone at a vet until they "fit me in". I actually found it appalling they would even think I could do that. Petvet was recommended to me by my MIL. They got me in within 7hrs and gave me the horrible news that my fur baby only had two options and neither were outcomes I wanted to hear. However, Dr Greene was so professional and caring for me and my girl. She was understanding, humane, and even got emotional with me. I was a total wreck. The entire experience was so smooth and as heartbroken as I was, they made it as easy as possible for me. I now take my other two pups here and fully trust them in their care. Probably one of the best experiences at a vet I have had in my life. They actually care and don't herd you through like cattle and take the time needed to explain and help.

There is no telling how long they had been ill before I advocated for them. Our dog improved with antibiotics, but our cat's condition worsened and she was euthanized 2 weeks later. Given that both of our previously healthy pets became sick while boarding, we have serious concerns about the facility's hygiene and infection-control practices. If you made an appt here - as a new pt - cancel it now or regret it later! Worst vet clinic I've…read moreever seen. Should have went with my gut when I pulled in the parking lot. Scheduled an initial exam to establish my pet as a new patient. No current medical issues. Upon arriving .... No single person ever talked to my pet or tried to greet him or interact with him in front of me ...at any point. Which was very odd to me. The experience was like a trip to the twilight zone. Took the afternoon off to bring in my cat, however after a lengthy list of questions and recommendation of updated vaccines ...they took him in the back. I thought they were only taking him back to weigh him. I was so confused with their process as no one explained to me what was happening. I thought they were just weighing him and bringing him back and then the vet would come in and talk to me, examine him and proceed. None of that happened. So after about 10 min ...in comes the vet with my kitty - says hi I'm Dr .... returning him to say him "he's not happy and won't let us do anything with him" I said oh really? Wow, okay sorry. I could tell and smell he had spewed (which he never has before) ... so that was enough to tell me the little guy had a horrible experience. He's not feral, never has been and has always had good interactions in the past ...he's an indoor, typically laid back and low key cat. Vet stated that this is usually the way it goes with cats?? Im thinking ...Really? Never happened before with any other vet - I had another cat for 20 yrs never had someone tell me that before. Color me crazy, but I thought all vets were trained to know how to handle cats? And if this is the way it goes here .... why not have me come get meds first prior to his initial visit? Mind you, this is my first interaction with the vet. I've never been to a vet before where I didn't meet the vet on the front end before or during his initial physical exam and or not with me in the same room. When the vet came in with my cat returning him to me stating I would need to reschedule after he's medicated ... the dr seemed frazzled and put out ... his energy was so off putting - that I knew right away this isn't the vet for my pet or the right place for me. The whole experience was sub par (actually horrible) and very strange, not to mention a literal waste of my time off from work. After no one came back in the room and since my pet seemed in shock - I went to the front desk. They sent us home with the $17 meds ... no one even asked me if/when I would want to reschedule! Really unprofessional and a really bad experience! Needless to say I won't be returning. Guess I've been fortunate to have wonderful vets/staff in the past so I will be returning to a more professional, caring environment with someone who actually cares.

Maverick went from walking in one week to almost lying on the ground and not able to walk. This disease is very aggressive. We had another veterinarian tell us that we had to put Maverick to sleep. The vet is awesome - very thorough and approachable. While I was away in Brazil, my little shih tzu Mimi exhibited signs of a UTI.
