I said Eff it I'll find someone else to do it for a lot more affordable of a price. I don't hold grudges so I wanted them to mow my lawn this year. That's eat. I recall last year him saying there is no break in service unless the customer asks, but after a couple weeks I began to wonder. So I sent a very nice email asking if they were in fact doing my house again this year. No response. I emailed again the following week. Nothing. The week after I texted and called. Nada. I've been ghosted before but never by a business! Completely uncalled for! I would have been ok if they reached out to me and said they can no longer service my area/house. Fine.
