The intra-oral massage was like nothing I'd ever experienced. It can be intense but Carol is so nurturing and thoughtful, constantly checking in on whether it's too much. She has a gift that can't necessarily be taught. You either are tuned into others or you're not. She definitely is, if you are able to experience her magic, I highly recommend it! Also, this suite has many thoughtful touches to ensure the guest is comfortable. I give this place 10 out of 5 stars.

This was not an optional question however it should be since its personal. She declined to answer the question online and by doing so could not complete the form. She went to Rapture in person on her appointment date to fill out any forms needed for the massage. She's been to spas before so she knows the routine is pretty straight forward when you're there. In this case however, it was not. While there she was told by a Rapture employee that she would have to answer the question and disclose her pronoun that she prefers. She explained to them that this is not necessary and that she doesn't feel comfortable disclosing this information to them or to anyone else for that matter. Rapture declined service due to this unnecessary, and what should be optional question to answer. They literally told her that they can't provide a massage service that has already been paid for through a gift certificate because she wouldn't disclose her pronoun preference. The employee also said this was required in case of an emergency. What emergency service would actually care or even ask what someones pronoun is? They don't. Furthermore, Rapture didn't even offer to refund the GC even though they weren't providing the service. The least they can do is provide a refund. That would be the descent thing to do. Not decline service and keep the money. Rapture, I have issued a charge back on to my credit card for services not provided.

That helped loosen me up for massage. Steve really worked on my low back and quad and hamstring. He did such a good job I was actually walking better after! I told my self I needed this way more often. But due to a hectic schedule I finally am starting 2024 off right. I signed up for twice a month!! Went yesterday. I didn't expect her to climb on top of me and stick her elbow into my spine. I feel like someone beat me up. I don't have bruises on my back but I feel like she broke a rib or two, no joke. My back, ribs and shoulder blades are killing me. I'm glad I said medium & not hard. I don't understand how it's supposed to feel good and relaxing when I can hardly move without being in pain. It was so dark I could hardly see where I was going. I was the only customer (that I could see and hear) when I got there but shortly into my massage I could hear the front door open several times (there's a bell on the door) & a man's voice each time. One guy called and the lady stopped massaging me to answer phone. I could hear the man's voice but couldn't make out what he was saying as she spoke to him as she returned to massage my back. She said "OK when u wanna come? Now? OK I see you 10 minute. Whats your name? OK no problem we treat you like king." WOW nice.. Im sure the guys get special treatment with the cute little ladies in the skirts and heels. Im sure they know who to send to massage who. Towards the end of my massage I could hear a man's voice coming from the other room & the asian lady giggling. I wonder if they were telling jokes :P When I left there was a couple sitting in the waiting room. Eww I hope it wasn't one of those perv swinger couples! The dark windows unable to see inside from the outside, the very dark rooms, the sexy young asian girls, the "extras" you can receive for extra $$$ still makes me believe its a place that offers "happy endings" and even more if asked. I surely hope she washed her hands before she started rubbing my back!

This caused a bit of stress as I was worried that there would be no one at the establishment as I had booked the night before! I called and there was no answer, I then left a voicemail. It seems the typical person who worked front desk was sick. When someone came to the door after a few minutes, there was no acknowledgment as well to my waiting. I'm assuming she didn't hear me? Perhaps they should get a doorbell in these instances if they're working on things in the back? Other than that snafu in the beginning, I had a lovely visit.
