A boba making robot? Welcome to 2023. I stopped by ClouTea to check out ADAM in real life. I liked how easy it was to order and that you could chose your level of sweetness and ice. After ordering, ADAM gets to work on making your drink right in front of you. The drinks overall tasted good. It wasn't the best I ever had but a solid option for the strip. I'd definitely stop by again if I'm in the area. A great drink option for kids and those that are alcohol free in Vegas.

Kaylanka provided excellent service! I loved the experience and can't wait to see what the future holds for a place with such a strong vision. It's amazing to witness innovation firsthand, and you're guaranteed a perfectly crafted drink every time. Great service, fantastic drinks, and a really cool atmosphere--highly recommend, especially with the unique touch of a robot making the drinks!

Love the robot making my drink but more importantly drinks are amazing! We got the brown sugar milk tea and passion teas. Mariel was super sweet in helping us choose are drinks!

Good service and good environment for a short break with a boba tea. Just realized there are two boba tea shop at Town square. So big drink and tastes good! And will come back again.

Phew, felt like we walked forever trying to locate this boba spot in Vegas. Was expecting the robot the actually make the drinks but all it really did was pour the drink into the cup while someone else was making the drink beforehand. The milk tea that we got was good but wasn't anything too special. But its worth checking out if you're in the area. I thought it was going to be inside of a building but the one we went to was just an outside kiosk type thing.

Great selection of milk teas. Highly recommend the matcha strawberry milk tea. Service was quick and efficient. Adam the robot batista was so awesome to see, my kids loved seeing Adam make drinks. The place isn't very big inside, but there are a couple of seats available outside.

First time here. Loved it! The drinks were fresh and flavorful, and the boba had the perfect chew. Super friendly staff and quick service. Definitely coming back for more!

Really helpful staff and cool drinks! Would definitely come back again. Nice vibes also.

    Brown Sugar Milk Tea

We ordered the strawberry mango dessert and brown sugar milk teas with boba. Both were really good, my kids really enjoyed it. The person working was very friendly and patient with us as we were trying to decide what to order.

Everything is made with OCD precision.

The egg-shaped robot waiter at Cloutea might be a gimmick, but it's still fun to watch as it mixes drinks plus there's never a need to wonder about the hygiene of your server. The 'jasmine passion fruit boba tea' was outstanding on a globally warmed desert afternoon in the mid one hundred teens - jasmine tea with leaves that are fresh-brewed daily, passion fruit, boba, ice, and a mound of balls called 'water chestnut popping pearls' to add some crunch. You choose one of three levels of sweetness (fructose)...sweet, mildly sweet, or not at all. Mildly was just right and the robot went to work grabbing different ingredients after the employee (a staff of one) typed in the command. Maybe this is the future of the bar industry as well...one paid human and a staff of robots that don't need bathroom breaks. They're located on the ground floor of Caesars Forum Shops, next to Joe's Seafood, and you're probably better off buying a $10 Cloutea drink to do some gambling with instead of waiting 20 minutes for a cocktail waitress to come by with a watered down beverage. This boba drink definitely hit the spot, prices are very reasonable all things considered, and the robot's demeanor is really no different than those steely-gazed casino pit bosses who say mostly nothing for hours and don't care about your problems. It's a refreshing, full 20 ounce drink that the robot shrink wraps for you, so just poke it with the fat straw and it won't spill. Give this place a try!

Disappointing Experience at Boba Shop - Unaccommodating Staff and Unsatisfactory Drinks I recently visited a boba shop that left me thoroughly disappointed with both the service and the quality of the drinks. I felt compelled to share my experience as it fell short of my expectations in several ways. First and foremost, the staff was remarkably unaccommodating. When I expressed my honest opinion about not enjoying my drink and inquired if it was possible to get another one, I was met with a disappointing response. The staff declined my request, stating that I had consumed too much of the drink already and therefore couldn't exchange it. I also inquired about their refund policy, only to be informed that they do not offer refunds. I attached a photo of the drink as well to show that it was clearly still a lot of the drink present. Adding to my frustration, both drinks I purchased were priced at $15, which I found to be quite expensive. Given the scorching 104-degree weather, it was inevitable that we needed something refreshing to drink. However, when I requested a cup of water, I was informed that they only sold bottled water for a price of $6-7. This lack of basic service was disheartening, particularly given the sweltering conditions. Ambiance was uninviting as well. On top of that, the robot didn't even make my drink because it was broken. Staff made the drink.

It's savory and soupy inside. It pairs well with their spicy sauce, so be sure to get some. - Braised beef noodle soup: We have ordered this dish before, and it was great, but this time it had way too many green onions which overpowered the soup. - Fried rice with pork chop: Don't sleep on their pork chop, which was perefectly seasoned and tender. The fried rice was pretty standard, but the pork chop is star of the show. - Cucumber salad and wood ear mushroom: I know everyone raves about their cucumber salad, but I find it just ok. The mushrooms are are way better, mostly because of the delicious vinegar dressing. - Chcocolate and mochi xiao long bao: It's a chocolate dumpling that is a perfect ending to your meal. Tra Viet is located on the 2nd floor of the Venetian in the canal shops. If you take the escalator by the food court and then head to the shops, it'll be right there. It's a super tiny place. They have 3 kiosks you can order from. There was one person working the counter that could also take the order. I love coffee and I've never had Vietnamese coffee before, so I was super excited to try this. I went with the classic Viet. If you can make a normal coffee well, it's going to be a winner in my book. It was sweetened with condensed milk, which made it unique and absolutely delicious. Smooth coffee flavor and not too overly sweet. Came in a cool can that was mixed by a machine before serving. Only wish I had, was that I could pop the top off and get the very last of the coffee from the bottom. The ice blocked it. My husband got the jasmine milk tea and said it was fantastic as well. I'm never happy about the prices in Vegas but it is what it is. For $9 a pop, it was worth it. Next time we're in Vegas this will be our first stop for coffee. Can't wait to try all the flavors.

It tasted like sugar milk, with almost none of the grassy, slightly bitter matcha flavor coming through. As someone who drinks matcha regularly, this was a real disappointment. What turned a bad drink into a bad experience was the response. I brought it back to the counter and asked if it could be diluted with a little more milk. No. I asked if it could be remade with less sugar. Also no. What I got instead was, "I made the drink so I know it's less sweet, and it's just how it tastes." No apology, no alternative, no interest in the fact that the customer standing there was telling them the drink didn't work. The whole exchange was uncomfortable and came across as dismissive. Whether the recipe was followed correctly isn't really the point. If "less sweet" still lands sweeter than Starbucks, the setting needs recalibrating, and telling a customer that's just how it tastes isn't an answer, it's the end of the conversation. Two suggestions: figure out what "less sweet" should actually mean on this drink, and give staff the latitude to fix it graciously when an order misses the mark. Ambiance of the shop is nice, but how can it not be nice when it's at the Venetian shops right?
