Still, discontent continues to maintain a level of customer service that surpasses so many other places. I was in the shop today, along with a couple other places I needed to go for various errands. Out of the places I went today, this was the only place that listened to my feedback. I felt like my needs were met, I truly felt like they cared about me and my purchase. I wish more places in town had employees who love their work so much that it spills over into their customer service. It's always a great experience when I go in, but this time was a welcome relief from the other places I visited today. It made my day . Thanks again for providing some of the best customer service in town, and for always helping me find exactly what I need.

I tried calling and it rang a few times and then went to a full voicemail. The other location on 24th is closed so I have had to go across town to this one, super disappointing to get there and not be able to get what we needed, never mind the roads being absolutely terrible right now. The first two times (when they were actually open as advertised), the dude with long hair was working the counter and both times he was cool. There is not a huge selection of what I wanted and prices were a bit higher than I have seen elsewhere, but it was a decent experience. I don't think I'll drive back across town to gamble on it again.
