This smoke shop is freaking awesome. They have the best variety of everything that should be in a smoke shop but truly that's not the reason I wanted to leave a review. I've been here twice now. The first time I was greeted by a woman. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me buy a disposable vape. I came back a second time to buy a more permanent personal vape and I was greeted by a different woman. Again she was super helpful, kind, knowledgeable and helped me purchase what I needed. These two women were amazing. I wish I had their names. Whatever they may be, this place is awesome. They answer all your questions and help you pick out whatever you need. Thank you! read more

I love how this vape shop is open until 9:00 pm. Plus it's close to my house and they have some tasty vape juices here. Plus, it's close to my house. It runs $20 for a 100ml bottle. read more

I live by the other location and the only reason I drive all the way out is because of one employee, Ainslee; every time I'm there she's extremely friendly, outgoing, and helpful! Needed something quick and ran across Rashad and his neighbor friendly store. I ended up taking a little more time and bought a little more than I had planned. The selection and prices were great and the customer service personable and interesting. Easy in and out and a great place to learn about your smoking and vaping options. read more

Zero stars if I could. Bought a nectar collector that was supposed to be quartz and it melted. It was glass. Went to return it and got attitude. We don't do returns she said. Well she called the owner and he returned it but she was ridiculously rude for their product being fake. She pointed out the owner wanted me to know it was a 40 dollar set. Who cares if it's fake. Go somewhere else!!! read more

I have been going to this store 10+ years now and have always had great visits. Andrea is ALWAYS AWESOME, greets me with a smile and hello! She is full of knowledge on the product. Tonight I stopped in 30 minutes before closing and a young man named Mason was behind the counter. I walked in store with my 19 year old son who just graduated boot camp and is now a United States Marine (sorry proud mom has to brag) and his girlfriend (18yrs old ) and my daughter (16 years old) like I have on many other occasions. My husband is the blunt smoker in the house and I go to cloud wars for the good selection. I often forget the flavor my husbands asks for as I did on this stop. I walked straight toward registrar with my son and girls behind me, looked Mason in the eyes and simply said "now what was on my list again" to which my son answers "backwoods" Mason quickly asks my kids for ID which they didn't have on them but wasn't ordering anything to need it either. Mason then proceed to refuse service to me. He quickly became very short and rude. I was so upset with this young man I had to write this review to get the attention of the owner. This young man needs some retraining on customer service. I understand completely the laws an employee must follow when it comes to tobacco products and minors and can assure you none of those laws were being broken. read more

I totally dig this place! Clean, organized & amazing products. Awesome array of unique glass pieces ranging from $50 all the way up to $800! I went in for some e-juice & was very satisfied with the flavor choices and quality. The guy working was knowledgeable & friendly. Will definitely be back! read more

I bought a Wuukah Leaf Buddi and it never worked, from day, one out of the box. I called the next day and told them that it didn't work so they told me to "try and watch some videos and if it didn't work to bring it in and they would help" i told them I wanted my money back and they told me to try it out a little longer and if I couldn't get it to work to bring it in and they would give me my money back, or try to help so I did and still nothing worked so I took it in and the girl Andrea, who was very nice but not very helpful told me she could only give me half my money back because it didn't have a warranty, i was also never given a receipt. then after about an hour in shop of her trying to figure it out and watching the exact same videos i did she couldn't figure it out. Then she found the warranty in the box and told me i had to go through leaf Buddi first. Well that was about a month ago and I haven't heard back from leaf Buddi. so what am i supposed to to do? I'm out $250 and I've NEVER had a working product. I'm never buying from here again and I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK! read more

I visited the shop to pick up a some juice. They were a bit low on choices but Rashad was very helpful with the selection he had to work with. They have their own line of juices which was awesome. The absolute best! Rashad(the owner) is amazing. I walked in and completely forgot what I was looking for. This is one of the best smoke shops I have ever been too. There is something for everyone here and the prices are great. I will definitely be back for any of my smoking needs and maybe just to chat. The place is family owned and operated. I'm a big supporter of local family business and will always recommend this shop to everyone. :) read more

I went in to the one on Sandhill & Flamingo in June. Natasha was working that day. When I walked in ,she was sitting there with a friend messing with their phones. I had called in my order so it was ready when I got there. Now, to be fair she did sanitize her hands before she handed me my juice and did put her mask on. She said she had been at a big family gathering the previous day. I was not going to go back but I like the juice. July went in and Andrea was working. I had also called in my order. When I walked in she was in the back talking to someone, either on the phone or someone in the store. She came out, no mask on. I asked her where her mask was, her reply I figured this would be quick. She did not sanitize her hands before handing me my juice either. I went there at least twice a month. I will not go back because of these 2 incidents. Sorry, Rashad but you have lost a good customer. read more

Love Rashad and other peeps that work there, but he is always helpful and honest. He's even told me that there are some things I might be able to get cheaper on-line.... but to take the time, not be able to ask questions and see items upfront, plus shipping and handling, and risk of it being broken... NOT WORTH IT... I love Cloud Wars, thanks for answering my questions about my vape pen, you were very helpful, sorry I'm not a rocket scientist to figure out how to press a button five times... doh read more

Very disappointed I come in and buy things to support this business and today I came in and the price of the same item I have been buying for the past few months now always changes in price when asking the clerk he just gave me excuse after excuse I then would ask to see something and no response. A lot of friends and family shop here as well, but after today you will no longer get my business for the unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service all bad for business two thumbs down read more
