I first came to her office with a dental emergency (chipped tooth) and she was able to get me in that day because they had a cancellation. Maria, the office gal, pretty much immediately respond to my message whereas other offices didn't get back to me for days. Dr. Bobeva and Ting, her technician, made sure I was completely numb and pain free before starting the procedure by both checking with me verbally and giving me a hand signal to use if it started to hurt. I've since been back for a cleaning and some long put off routine dental care and I've continued to be impressed by their gentleness and care. Part of their intake process is to ask if you have dental anxiety which makes it easier to communicate about your issues. They even offered some ideas about things things they could do to help me feel better through the process. Would highly recommend this practice whether you have dental anxiety or not!

I'm not going to a dentist to have a piece of software tell me I need irreversible procedures done to my teeth -- I'm going to a medical professional for their judgment. Immediately after this diagnosis, I was encouraged to enter a payment plan and schedule a series of appointments to address the cavities in batches. The speed and pressure around committing to treatment raised additional red flags for me, so I declined. I recently went to another dentist -- someone with decades of experience whom I trust -- and after a full exam and X-rays, I was told I have zero cavities. That contrast is deeply troubling. If I had followed Issaquah Premier Dental's recommendation, I would have had nine irreversible procedures performed on healthy teeth. Sixth months of pain thanks to this office's negligence…read more Going to this dentist resulting in me probably needing a root canal. I came in to get some simple fillings done, and I'm now saddled with hundreds of dollars of bills, to pay for procedures that screwed up my teeth. The doctors left (with full knowledge) overhangs on both of my fillings. This means that whenever I flossed, the floss would catch on the fillings and pull on them. The dentist informed me that this was normal and I would just need to pull through my floss for the rest of my life. After a month of pain, I went back to ask why the fillings still hurt. They took x-rays, shaved one of them down a little bit, and told me the other was fine and I should go home. I developed hot and cold sensitivity. I finally visited another dentist with 30+ years experience. I've now learned that purposely leaving overhangs on fillings is absolutely not normal, and that what they've done is careless at best. I saw the x-rays myself this time, and you can clearly see the sharp, jagged overhang's that were left after the fillings were put in. I've also learned that One of the filling simply broke because of the way that they left the overhangs. Until I've had over $700 in dentistry bills, and six months of dismissed pain. I know I will likely need a root canal in one of the teeth, and I needed to get both fillings replaced. This place looks great on the outside. The customer service is excellent. However, I would caution anyone against blindly trusting that this office knows what they're doing.
