Yet clearly states veteran and since they opened they always accepted it including the manger. She said policies changed and I asked what is the policy and she said I can't tell you that. This is not the fault of the business, but, every single time I ask about replenishment of stock, delivery days, or future availability of products that I like, none of the staff can give me information because frankly, they know nothing. They don't know when the next shipment is coming in, and more importantly, they have no clue what is being sent to them. It must be very frustrating to be unable to have answers for the customers, while trying to seem knowledgeable about the products. It's just a terrible business model.
