Came here after drinking at Sky Peak the other day and I am going to say I was thoroughly impressed. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and we took it upon ourselves to sit anywhere we wanted as long as it wasn't reserved. We had coffee and tea while we smoked hookah. Everyone was friendly and polite and it felt casual and upscale all at the same time. They had a very chill vibe and the room was nice and dim. Plenty of people out celebrating in this cute lounge. Their fried rice was pretty good, and they make a strong cup of coffee. I was glad to find this place as the lounge we were initially going to was very rude and we left. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life. I came in with my two friends and got a mango smoothie and it was one of the worst drinks. I've possibly tasted. There's so much sugar. I think the lady making it probably dumped about two bags of sugar into drink, and then she dumped the other half into my other friends drink, and one of the worst do not come here if you have diabetes. read more

I actually really appreciate this location, alot more infact in comparison to their Richmond West Airport location. BYOB, ($15 charge I believe). when they are consistent with the R&B and rap its always a vibe. Yet not too loud where u cant hear yourself THINK and can hold conversation. Good hookah! They have Al Fakhir, Fumari, Adalya, Starbuzz and so many mor brands to choose from. Jasmine the server is super courteous and attentive. Well priced drinks. Decent music if you don't like the main room there a smaller glass cage room for quieter setting or to connect to the JBL Bluetooth speakers which sound amazing. Nice to see a nice hookah lounge right in the heart of Richmond. Apparently this is where the young south asians hang out at during the weekends. Hookah is well priced and delicious. Great for puff puff passing. Finger foods are there for your ordering. I wish it had more of a lounge feel instead of a club feel because as the night progressed, the volume of Indian dance music got louder and louder. My buddy and I were there to enjoy the lounge feel but had to get closer and closer to hear each other. Kind of annoying, but not too far fetched. I ordered a Mango Lassi and the chicken kabobs w/ rice. The Lassi is huge!! Like maybe a 24 oz! You can get full really quick off this so be careful! The food took a while, like 30-35 minutes. I was already starving when I arrived so my patience level was thin. It finally came and it was pretty good. Honestly, I knew the food would be good even though it was in a hookah lounge because Middle Eastern restaurants always have the best food in hookah bars. The venue was nice, the couches were comfortable, and the hookah was good. However, the service was pretty poor. After bringing the hookah it took another 5 minutes for the coal to come. The chai ran out it took about 20 minutes for a refill. The waitress was very nice but it just took a while for everything to come. There is just too much competition for these kinds of places and for those reasons I may stick to going to the other well known hookah bars. read more

Ok so we have about 10 hookah lounge on HWY6 with in 3 miles but only couple of them have a nice clean environment, good food, servers with smily faces and long lasting hookahs!! Cloud Hookah lounge is one of them!! Cloud is my favorite weekday hangout spot. The servers all make you really feel at home. They have a variety of different heads and hookahs, i really recommend one of the orange or pineapple heads with a citrus blend. Great service as always, go maybe 2-3 times a month and they always remember who I am and treat me like royalty. Their hours of operation are lovely, the food is good and the service is even better. They also have a patio and their own Bluetooth speakers for guests to use as well as the prices are unbeatable! You can pick music on one of the worker's iPod which was a plus for us. Plenty of hookah flavors, my favorite of the night was their strawberry kiwi. We ordered food- wings and fries, and it's BYOB. The employees are there for themselves! We got in and the girl just placed the menu and said she'll come back in a sec... well we always start with water so why not ask if we need a second. But a greeting would have been nice even if she thought we weren't ready. Anyway- when she came back she took our order and the one star given is the fact the hookah came out quickly! Awesome! So we then ordered wings. And as we waited for the wings we had an ice tip that didn't last long at all. So that sucked well I realized there was a group of people all with their own hookah, then saw our waitress sit down with them so I figured it was all employees because another girl from that group got up and helped with someone else's coal. About 45 mins pass and I asked about my wings. She came back and said "we just started the fryer" so not only hookah sucked but they didn't put in my order so we left. - we tried. We came to cloud as a group to have a good time however they claimed that we have to spend 20$ per person and we were forced to order things we didn't want to order because the waitress keeps complaining that we are still short. We tried to explain that couple of people in our group don't smoke hookah and told her that we all ordered extra hookah that we don't even smoke and items from the menu but they still gave us a hard time. I like going here between 7pm and 10pm. The atmosphere is very calm for patrons who just want to kickback. If you want more of a nightlife environment come in after 10pm. They have a DJ and it starts to get busy. The food was pretty good. The service was also good. They did a great job making sure the hookah was attended too.
