Lort have mercy, the girl there is so rude every time I go in. Are you upset that other women exist? Or just bitter in general? It's really lame...I hope you can get some help with your nasty attitude. Tbh, you really don't need to be working with the public with a frown on your face all the time. Fairly unhelpful all around at the one on Hillcrest. Ended up going to the old shell location for a better experience, even though the very nice young man didn't know how to add nicotine to the juice. I don't mind that part, because he was nice, and said words like "thank you" after I paid. read more

so I would say any other cloud nine I have never had an issue with, but going in just to talk to a company about marketing for another business and then one of the employees which was an older black male. I don't need to know what his name is talking crap about another business and making assumptions about an employee that runs a business in my eyes is very very disrespectful especially when company also does business with this cloud nine so that means that I will ensure that all of our employees throughout our entire market does not touch this store because they have so much to say about our business, even though we were only there to market and potentially bring them free food so the rudeness of the customer service is atrocious. I will say the guy that's there that has big gauges. He was very respectful but whoever this other guy was that was here on February 5 at 2 PM. Whoever runs this store, probably needs to put him in check when he is talking crap about another company that definitely has looked out for the Saraland location for sure. read more

WAAAYYYY overpriced. They want $30 for a bottle of juice. Everywhere else in Mobile is between $10-$17. Would not recommend buying here.

This is the absolute worst vape shop in mobile. Every experience has been awful. I have come into this shop at least 5 times on the way to work and each experience has been extremely disappointing. This location never has the product I'm looking for and is literally out of everything. The employees also tend to have a disgusting attitude. The store is no where near put together in the slightest. I will never go back to this location it's a waste of time. 0 Stars read more

Went in this morning to get a juice. First experience with them ever. I was so impressed by the business itself. The atmosphere was great, until I tried to get help. No one wanted wanted to help me at all. I wound up having to buy a flavor blind only after forcing him to to get me what I wanted to purchase. Though I bought it blindly it would up to be a good flavor. Maybe I will keep looking for a new and good vape store. read more

I stopped in just to purchase a wic for my vape pen. Had I not been in a hurry, I imagine I would spent far more time in there than I did simply because it was such a pleasant atmosphere. Most vape shops have young people working and are riddled with overwhelming vape clouds and scents. Not to mention, usually it seems like they are "hippy" shops; which is not saying that is a bad thing- it's just not my thing. That being said, this particular vape shop is run by an older man and seemed more geared towards adults. If this location sold the vapor I buy- it would be the only vapor shop I shopped at. I've always have a good experience with them whenever I need coils and juice. Also, I've purchased a lot of items like mods, batteries, charger, and tanks from them too. On another note, I'm still a newbie to the vaping scene, but the staff always helps me learn and better understand what I want and need to improve my vaping experience. I don't visit on set days but when I need something I go in (which is why 24 hours is great). No matter who is there, I've never received bad customer service and that's amazing considering how many random visits I've had lol! Oh! They also help with small problems! Example: I dropped my vape and I guess it bent so the atomizer wasn't reading. Either way, they fixed it for me instead of trying to waste my time and money by pitching a sale. read more

I couldn't find what I wanted at my regular vapor store. I looked this up on yelp and I called them and they were very helpful. They had exactly what I needed even so it was something different. Change is good! The atmosphere is very friendly. Everybody is very knowledgeable and helpful. They even built a couple coils for me and taught me as they did it. It was real comfortable sitting around on the barstool conversing, laughing, and learning. There's also an area where you can sit around with your friends and try out the different flavors before you buy. I think I was in there for about three hours! It didn't feel like it, though, because I had so much fun! This is an absolutely fantastic place! You have got to come check it out. read more

Its a good shop. If you like it being too cloudy to see 2 feet in front of you. You need to vent your shop sometimes. Went to buy a coil for tfv4. He barely even aknowledged me talking to other customers. He said have a nice day. That's about it. It's dark and gloomy. Going in there is just weird. And at this point its not a problem because it became illegal but they were selling kradom in there shop when It was legal. But why would you sell drugs legal or not in a vape shop. That stuff can be dangerous and they knew it. I do not recommend cloud 9. If they would vent the shop and add lighting wouldn't be to bad. read more

Just started vaping- total noob. I've visited other shops out of town and they just threw the highest price mod my way and sent me out the door. The night crew at Cloud 9 are the most professional and informative people I've ever encountered in the vaping industry. They helped me find a mod, tank, and juice to tailor fit what I needed. Broke it down, put it back together- actually told me wtf was going on. I'm looking forward to never picking up a cigarette again thanks to those two. Being from California, I had no idea where I was gonna find vaping supplies. Thankfully a lady from Tinder Box recommended me to these guys. The atmosphere screams vape shop with its vast selection of homemade juices, mods, and atomizers on display. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. Been going to Cloud9Vapes for well over 5 years. The atmosphere is great, the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I've seen this company go from 1 store to 5 now and they've always just done it right. I've tried other vape shops in the area and none of them have the selection of products that C9V has. Hands down the best vape shop in mobile and all surrounding areas. I've traveled the world and have never walked into a more friendlier clean well stocked shop. Employees are great. I really don't get these negative reviews. I've used this place weekly for a couple of years. The staff is very friendly and change my cotton and coils free of charge.
