I've always have a good experience with them whenever I need coils and juice. Also, I've purchased a lot of items like mods, batteries, charger, and tanks from them too. On another note, I'm still a newbie to the vaping scene, but the staff always helps me learn and better understand what I want and need to improve my vaping experience. I don't visit on set days but when I need something I go in (which is why 24 hours is great). No matter who is there, I've never received bad customer service and that's amazing considering how many random visits I've had lol! Oh! They also help with small problems! I couldn't find what I wanted at my regular vapor store. I looked this up on yelp and I called them and they were very helpful. They had exactly what I needed even so it was something different. Change is good! The atmosphere is very friendly. Everybody is very knowledgeable and helpful. They even built a couple coils for me and taught me as they did it. It was real comfortable sitting around on the barstool conversing, laughing, and learning. There's also an area where you can sit around with your friends and try out the different flavors before you buy. I think I was in there for about three hours! Its a good shop. If you like it being too cloudy to see 2 feet in front of you. You need to vent your shop sometimes. Went to buy a coil for tfv4. He barely even aknowledged me talking to other customers. He said have a nice day. That's about it. It's dark and gloomy. Going in there is just weird. And at this point its not a problem because it became illegal but they were selling kradom in there shop when It was legal. But why would you sell drugs legal or not in a vape shop. That stuff can be dangerous and they knew it. I do not recommend cloud 9. If they would vent the shop and add lighting wouldn't be to bad. read more

Just started vaping- total noob. I've visited other shops out of town and they just threw the highest price mod my way and sent me out the door. The night crew at Cloud 9 are the most professional and informative people I've ever encountered in the vaping industry. They helped me find a mod, tank, and juice to tailor fit what I needed. I really don't get these negative reviews. I've used this place weekly for a couple of years. The staff is very friendly and change my cotton and coils free of charge.
