I'm not from around mobile but I needed to restock on some eliquid. The reps are laid back but extremely helpful! The guy that helped me out (forgot to catch his name; brown hair, glasses) was able to make suggestions for other flavors from other brands based on my initial suggestion. Walked away with a new ADV. Another pro is their pricing: I'm from California and the B&Ms there inflate the prices by almost double what you can find on the web! These guys are pretty close to web prices plus the convenience of being a physical establishment (don't have to wait for shipment) If I'm ever back in Mobile (hopefully not soon no offense AL ) I'll always come here! read more

I use this Vape shop all the time. They have great prices on juice and a great selection. They always have something on sale and if it isn't the correct concentration of nicotine that I use, they have the nicotine additive to make it the right one for me. Their prices on juice are the best I have seen anywhere in Mobile. Everything is always in stock. However I have not had good luck with their mods and tanks. They seem to have such a large selection that they don't know what to recommend. I have not been happy with the last two mod purchases I made here. I would rather have a shop that only carried a couple of brands with different options and be very knowledgeable on those brands rather than have so many they know very little about each one. If you don't know exactly what you want, I would suggest a different place. Both times I made purchases, I had to pull out my phone and look up reviews on the items because the sales staff did not know the difference in the mods. read more

Not a bad shop, but the owner left such a bad taste in my mouth, I could never recommend it to anyone. When I was first starting out with my vape rig, he sold me coils that he later admitted were lesser than others. That they "could only sell them to people who didn't know what they were doing." That alone I could get over, but later I was there with a friend who also was a novice. When asking about some coils that were boxed up to see if they were the right type, he yells at me to just look at them, that they're right in front of me. When he sees they're boxed up, all he replies is "oh..." No apology I'd give the store a 4/5, and other employees seem nice. But that ginger owner, he's a complete 'see you next tuesday' read more

I don't understand the low ratings. I have been here a handful of times. Customer service has been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Just excellent. I've been served by different employees each time so it's not just one who has provided this level of service. Most vape shops I have been to seem more like vape hangouts for the owner and friends and you feel like you're interrupting their fun when you pop in to stock up. Not here. Selection of products seems as good if not better than many vape shops I've been to. I usually buy my supplies online and only use local establishments for vaping emergencies but I may change my buying habits and frequent this place more - their friendly service is worth any slight mark-up involved with operating a brick and mortar establishment. Although I quit smoking, they seem to have a good selection of various tobacco products and supplies as well. read more

I've been looking for a decent vape shop in mobile for almost a year and have had terrible luck. UNTIL Vapors . Staff was amazing , juice selection amazing and great atmosphere. So many vape shops either don't know anything about their products or have terrible juice. I went with a suggestion by an employee and was so happy. It was exactly what I was looking for. This was honestly the worst experience I've ever had in a store. Today I walked in to buy some juice and boy this employee (dont know his name but he has reddish blond hair) was so rude I wanted to pitch a fit. I show him my ID and after I had it to him I make a joke saying "oh I'm so offended you need to see my ID." My sarcasm was so heavy you would've needed a spotter to bench press it, he told me what I what was wearing looked like a school uniform and that he could care less if I was offended. In addition to my experience my girlfriend went in another time and has interacted with the same employee multiple times in this store. Every time she had bought from here this guy acted like talking to customers was a burden and acted overall abrasive to her as she asked about the products they have. 0/10 we will no longer shop at this store. read more

Vapors is my favorite local shop. Truly a one stop shop for virtually all your needs. In the past months they have expanded the shop, and it is now double the size since its original conception with even more products, and stock on hand to meet your demands and needs. They carry a wide variety and selection of items from your basic tobacco products to the newest vape products and juices. But they don't stop there! They also stock hookah/shisha supplies as well as a large selection of glass. Vapors is divided into different sections for your convenience. They have an area for incense, hookah products, glass, ejuice, vape modes, and traditional tobacco products. Can't find what you need? I had a bad experience at Vapors a few months ago. The first employee who helped me was very kind and patient. The second employee was not. He was very dismissive and rude, all because I wanted to exchange an item I had bought at the shop. I gave up and left after talking with this employee. Now I buy all of my vape supplies online, even juice. I feel like Vapors is an ok place to go if you want glass pipes and hookahs and that kind of thing. For vape supplies? I would order online or try a different shop, one that just caters to the vaping community. read more

Cool employees. I regularly buy juul pods here but the last three times I've purchased pods that either don't hit, leak horribly, or have what seems like rust around the bottom of them. I went in hoping to replace only the pod I opened but they unfortunately said they couldn't do anything about it. read more
