Today was the last time I will visit this place. They're verrrry over priced and rude. I item I…read morepurchase is 39. at most places, here it was 60! I also purchased a three-for-five dollar deal and was given three of the same flavors by mistake. I had to turn around to go back to exchange them only to get greeted like I was trying to do some shady deal or something. The not very helpful employee (if he was my employee I've fired him) announced that he didnt know how that could happen since he did put in three different flavors. Was I lying? I brought the three in that I'd just purchased ten minutes ago. They sure know how to make a customer feel like crap.

Vapercast in Sheffield Village is by far the best vape shop I have been to. Mike and his staff are…read morevery knowledgeable and patient. They walked me through buying the vape best for me and was patient while I tried just about every flavor ( and there is alot) till I found the one I liked.... I went to 2 others before going there and at vapercast I had the very best experience compared to the other places. They care about helping you quit smoking rather than selling you a product like it's a fad.... thanks Mike and your staff!!!

I've usually had good experiences going to local vape shops, that is until I came across this…read moreplace...The shop itself is nice enough by all appearances, they even have a decent selection of juices, but the jerk offs working there are the problem. My girlfriend has been there twice and had problems with them trying to sell her crap she doesn't want or need and also closing the shop before posted hours, presumably to lock the store up and hustle off and pat each other on the back as they blow "sick clouds bro". I've been vaping a little longer than her so I decided to give it a shot. They wouldn't let me drip the flavors I wanted to try as they said it was against the law??? I've been to every shop in the Greater Cleveland area and I always drip. If you don't want to waste your 0 nic horse shit, I suggest getting more than crappy stick e-cigs as testers, maybe move up to a tank tester so I can actually get 1/2 the flavor profile. Whenever I go to a shop I always end up buying a decent amount of products and come back often so you're losing out on a good customer that would promote your business. There are waaaaaaaaay better shops in the area skip this one imo

This place opened about a month ago. Amazing customer service! I went there yesterday and they…read moredidn't have the flavor I wanted and the owner, Ali, said he'd get it for me the next day. Today I called and not only did he stock up on that flavor, he remembered me by name just from the phone call! Prices are amazing compared to nearby vape shops. I normally frequent a place called Fog Vapery on Lorain and they charge $27+ tax for ONE elfbar. Grayton had an ongoing special for all disposable vapes at 2 for $30! And they said their normal prices are $20 after the special ends. So affordable!

Don't waste your time or money. I spent 60 dollars on items that never worked. 36 hours after my…read morepurchase I tried to get an exchange or a refund with my receipt, and I was told that I had to get service through the manufacturer. The manufacturer is a small Chinese company with no website or phone number listed. After I brought this to their attention they basically said "sorry". I didn't see a no refunds or exchanges policy, or an "all sales are final" sign, but maybe I missed it. 60 dollars just lost them a twice a month customer. If you have to shop here, make sure you only buy consumable, non returnable merchandise, or you risk losing your money.

This JustVape location on the corner of Pleasant Valley & Broadview is the one and only vape shop…read morethat I go to, and the only shop I will ever go to, for any and all of my related needs. JustVape is a beautiful store that is always growing and improving. You will ALWAYS be warmly greeted with an offer to help you upon entering, and thanked with gratitude & well wishes upon leaving, whether you buy something or not! They have an endless selection & variety of literally everything you could possibly need, and at the lowest prices too! Whether it's the hottest trending brands, or the newest, latest products, or even brand names that are "hidden gems" you've never seen or heard of before. Everything is always fully stocked & ready to go. However, IF, in the rare case they don't have what you're looking for, they will go above & beyond to offer a surplus of remedies by either ordering it for you, having it brought there from another location, or recommending a substitute that replicates what you were originally looking for, and then some. They have amazing customer service from people who are extraordinary human beings. So much so that 'Polite & helpfull' is a massive understatement. Those dreaded awkward interactions that everyone hates simply don't exist in this store with these employees! Employees that I've become friends with over the many years I've been a customer, especially Danny in particular, whom will go well out of his way for any customer. Whether it be something you need help with in the store, or recommendations on what to try, or just simply asking how your day was, listening, and making conversation. Danny is a truly kind hearted, selfless man and is without question one of the absolute greats in the industry. All in all, I can't say enough good things about this store, and not to mention a store who's main goal is complete customer satisfaction, no matter what it takes. If you haven't already done so, please, do yourself a favor, swing by, and check it out. You will NOT be disappointed!
