The one time the staff member did not provide me with a receipt or remind me to try both products before leaving the store, one of the two products did not work. I figured I'd head right back up there to swap out the defective product but gave them a call first just to check. The staff member proceeded to call the owner and the owner denied refunding me or swapping out the defective product for a working one. The owner then proceeded to say it is my fault for not trying it before leaving. Technically speaking, that is true but is no way to treat reoccurring customers. Johnny, I hope it was worth making a few extra dollars and losing a loyal customer than it would have been to do the right thing.
