Second time going to Puffer's place, however first time buying your product. One of my biggest problems with Puffer's Place is the box that they subject you to prior to buying marijuana. I'm not sure if your practice is creating the same office experience, but it makes me feel completely closed in. I don't understand the "box treatment" practice; where they open large jars of Marijuana for you to smell in small enclosed area. Listen, I'm all good with a contact-high as anyone else; but it makes you question the level of care quality and how many other people breathed on your pot before you bought it. It certainly would make more sense to have a sample 1/8 for people to smell. It creates an overwhelming atmosphere. The "cloud 9" shatter I bought yesterday has a horrible chemical aftertaste (like burnt, old vape juice). It's so pungent and disgusting. Im not sure if it was your product or if they sold me really old stuff? But both kinds have the same horrible aftertaste, so I'm turned off from your product and name.
The management only addresses glowing reviews, because they don't care about there product or their customers. I'm not only boycotting cloud 9, but also any dispensary that does business with them. Nasty behavior, nasty product; deserves nasty review and fight read more
