We waited downstairs and enjoyed a few treats with a cup of tea before our services. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The menu prices are from last year and have not been updated in house or online. I did return the following week for some cryotherapy. Happy to say that was great getting rid of some sun spots and I am healing amazingly fast and am very happy.
