Stay clear of this business. It took close to 10 months to get 5 shades & 1 set of drapes. Everything was remade, readjusted, sent back to the factory, reinstalled, repaired. Terri & her staff no-showed for appointments, did not return phone calls/emails, made errors in orders & billing. The installer made holes in the frames. Terri consistently offers nothing but excuses for her nonprofessional behavior. Go elsewhere. read more
