We returned three lights to Village Lighting & Supply in May 2025. Two were received by Village…read moreLighting. The third was delivered to their supplier, Kichler, on May 27th--confirmed by USPS tracking. All returns were made within the 30-day window, in original condition and packaging, and we used the return label provided by Village Lighting. Now they're refusing to issue a full refund. Their reason? They "never received" the third light--even though their own return label directed it to Kichler and the postal service has confirmed delivery. This is deeply dishonest. They created the return label. They accepted the risk. And now they're trying to keep our money. To make matters worse, they've since removed their return policy from their website--but Google's AI Overview still lists it clearly: full refund within 30 days if the item is in original condition. We followed the rules. We followed their instructions. And now we're being penalized for their error. If this isn't resolved immediately, we'll escalate: bank dispute, USPS fraud report, and legal action. Village Lighting: Do the right thing.
