He arrived on time with all the tools he needed to fix my cars issues and when I told him I thought it was a more expensive and difficult repair than it actually was he didn't take advantage of me. The receipt says parts brought in can be used without a warranty. We were told they can't be brought in. We, my husband and I, brought in our SUV with two working high beam headlights. When we decided to stop work due to extra work and prices being added, our SUV was returned to us in worse shape than when we brought it in. This should not happen. We agreed to pay for the work that had been done. After spending nearly 300 dollars there is one working high beam headlight. Ethical behavior doesn't seem to matter to the people running this establishment. We understand that this could be a civil case and we're working through the process.
