Even though it wasn't a complete success, I am very satisfied with Bob and his work. He came to my house and looked at my clock (a cuckoo clock from the early 1960s) and realized he would have to take it to his shop to work on it. Unfortunately, the music box cannot be fixed and it was impossible to find one just like it. But the rest of the clock he was able to get up and running beautifully. He brought it back, installed it and showed me which weights to use on which chains and adjusted his price since it wasn't a complete repair.
