customer walked in to purchase charger which we suggested not to purchase as it could be some other issue if the light was coming on then it couldn't be the charger. Still wanted to purchase charger which we generously offered to exchnage/adjust towards repair if that won't be the case which was followed through from the business(Happy to post invoice picture if needed).
NO FILTERS WERE EVER REPLACED ON YOUR VACUUM. YOU DEMANDED THAT INITIAL $65 FEE TO BE TAKEN OFF THE COST OF THE BATTERY AFTER WE HAD ALREADY ADJUSTED THE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE CHARGER. We tried to explain that the cost of battery and time and labour spent sourcing and installing were 2 seperate things and was not free as this is a business. A quote was provided in advance before ordering part and finishing the repair. The only reason you were aware of a faulty battery was after the assessment from the technician in the first place after it was booked in for repair.
The reason for 3 weeks delay is because we don't manufacture parts and dyson did not have it in stock even now they are out of stock for the past few months. If you claim the parts were not Genuine i am happy to show you the invoice for battery so you know where the battery for your machine came from unless you are claiming a non genuine part supplied from the manufacturer.
we only use genuine parts due to risk of fire with lithium batteries.
