The Little and I came here for a family pottery class on Saturday afternoon and we were really…read morelooking forward to trying our hands at the pottery wheel. The class was small - we were joined by a mom and her three kids. Mercedes began the class by demonstrating how to make a vase using the wheel. She made it look easy but we could all tell that it wasn't. Still, we each got a lump of clay, centered it on the wheel and began. Unfortunately, my first effort started to resemble a toilet more than a vase and I had to start over. Fortunately, Mercedes was a patient and attentive instructor and made sure we each created at least one piece each that we were happy with. (The pieces will be glazed, fired and ready for pick up in about two weeks.) I left just frustrated enough that I can't wait to come back and try it again.

Well what I thought was a simple sun tattoo atleast. I was pleasantly surprised by how SHITTY my sun came out and to make matters worse she decided to place the henna right on the creases of my wrist so i accidentally fucked up the already shitty tattoo. I walked off but later after further messing up the POS I went back to get it fixed which was not a good idea as the young lady seemed to have completely forget what the stencil was supposed to look like.
