Le très sympathique Dr Samer Abi Nader a transformé mon sourire pour en faire l'un de mes plus beaux atouts. Son expertise remarquable, combinée à sa grande capacité d'écoute et à sa compréhension des besoins de ses patients, m'a toujours fait sentir entre d'excellentes mains. Plus récemment, j'ai dû subir une procédure pour un implant, réalisée par Dr Barbara Botorous. Elle a effectué l'intervention avec un doigté et une précision impressionnante. J'ai particulièrement apprécié sa grande sensibilité, son écoute attentive et sa façon rassurante d'expliquer chaque étape. Honnêtement, je n'ai absolument rien senti, que ce soit lors de la prise de sang, de l'extraction de la dent ou encore pendant la préparation de l'implant et la greffe. C'est une jeune médecin d'une grande humanité, promise à un avenir exceptionnel dans ce domaine. Je tiens également à souligner la merveilleuse synergie de toute l'équipe : Yvonne, Christine à l'accueil, Marie et tous les autres membres du personnel. Chacun contribue à créer une atmosphère professionnelle, chaleureuse et profondément humaine. Je recommande cette clinique sans la moindre hésitation. Au-delà de l'expertise et des compétences indéniables de l'équipe, on s'y sent véritablement unique, respecté et parfaitement pris en charge. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I have made. The very kind and personable Dr Samer Abi Nader transformed my smile into one of my greatest assets. His remarkable expertise, combined with his ability to listen and truly understand his patients, always made me feel that I was in excellent hands. More recently, I had to undergo a procedure for a dental implant performed by Dr Barbara Botorous. She carried out the procedure with impressive precision and a very gentle touch. I especially appreciated her compassion, her attentive listening, and the reassuring way she explained every step of the process. Honestly, I did not feel a thing -- not during the blood draw, nor during the tooth extraction, nor during the preparation for the implant and the bone graft. She is a young doctor who is both kind and deeply human, and I am certain she has an outstanding future ahead in this field. I would also like to highlight the wonderful synergy of the entire team: Yvonne, Christine at reception, Marie, and all the other staff members. Everyone contributes to creating an atmosphere that is both highly professional and genuinely welcoming. I highly recommend the services of this clinic. Beyond their undeniable expertise and competence, they make you feel truly unique, respected, and exceptionally well cared for. She was over an hour late to…read moremy appointment, told me straight up that she didn't know which procedure she was going to do (despite me having paid for a 250$ initial consultation appointment), and the prices changed from what she gave me and what she charged in the end. She rushed through the procedure, and kept changing what she was doing, and then even said she could stop halfway and I could come back another time. She cut too deep into my donor site, and I've been in chronic pain in that area since my procedure.

I had a huge infection afterwards and an opening of the gum. Her explanations were confusing. During the operation, she stopped constantly to take pictures and chatting with the people around. I had been thinking about invisalign for like 5 years prior to this visit. When you first arrival, you have your consult with Michelle, She takes some pictures and talks you through the treatment. Then she introduces you to Dr.Korne and he answers any questions you might have. Let me tell you, I cried a lot during this process and it was literally just us talking. Michelle was super nice and reassuring. She was just such a ray of sunshine, that it was exactly what I needed to go through with getting this done. She answered every call and email with so much love and patience. You come back a few weeks later and they show you options of what they'd like to do for your teeth. It's actually really cool, they give you this log in and you can check the progress and what your teeth will look like. He gave me three options, which I really liked. One that was easier for me, someone with a lot of trauma concerning dentist. One that I wouldn't like but he really thought I would get the nicest smile with that option.. and a middle option. He gave me three because he wanted to do what I felt comfortable with. I ended up doing his option after much crying. (it was very much so worth it) Dr. Korne is nice and exceptionally talented. He would make an effort of dealing with my anxiety and tried to make me feel better, which was very sweet of him because I could tell he didn't understand where I was coming from. I appreciate his effort so much. :) Anna, takes a moulding on your mouth to really get the processes started. She's a bit rougher then I'd like and not as understanding, But she is very talented, patient and has a kindness to her. His assistant Jenny is my favourite! She's so kind and high energy. She was very sweet with the understanding of my anxiety and quickly understood how to work with me to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. She made the experience at this clinic wonderful. This orthodontist is pretty expensive, But absolutely worth it. They offer payment plans as well and really work with you to make sure you can afford it. I never once felt like they were out to get my money. I love how Dr.Korne provides matching outfits for his staff. The two lovely ladies at the reception are always matching and it just makes me happy. They are so bubbly, sweet and just gentle individuals. I love walking into his office. All the technicians have matching outfits as well, it's just great! The office is bright and very clean. They don't offer parking however it's in an area of Westmount, That i've never had an issue finding parking. If you're petrified of the dentist/orthodontist, this is the office for you. I've never once felt stupid for crying because I was scared.. and I started this process when I was thirty.

Went for a check up and cleaning first, there was no wait at my booked time and the atmosphere is comfortable. They were really thorough with the cleaning and made sure my teeth were a-ok. They also offered a free whitening treatment, which is worth $450! They start off making a mould of your teeth, which they make a personalized tray with. Then they give you the product that you whiten your teeth with. Currently in the process but I'm hoping for good results with that! Idk about other people but if you're a mcgill student you should 100% take this free opportunity.

I went in for a filling and deeply regret it. After being a client at MDEX, I can honestly say I have never had so many problems. I was served by a lady name Tania, she tried to overcharge me on two occasions. The receptionist has no idea what the RIGHT codes to put on your bill. I recommend that everything they charge to be reviewed. Although they will be rude and go check in the back office with a Farah about the right price to charge. The staff has no clue what they are doing. Finally, the issue was resolved after a number of meetings. The manager named Jean who might be the nicest person. But clearly had no clue what to do.
