My original clinic didnt include them and was an arm a leg might I add I spent over 10 grand for my braces and they didn't even include my wires on the top... Anyways, this was the place I visited once 12 years ago to get my wires done on top.. they were amazing and super reasonable and got my teeth to hold and stay put .. unfortunately my bottom teeth gave way from the wires done at a different place so I decided to come back here and only here as my top wire are still in tack and amazing job ! Explained my situation to the lady , no hesitations no hassle even after this whole covid situation.. this office is reputable professionals, honest caring and actually listen to your needs! The clinic itself is very clean and up to date with the technology. The staff is friendly and professional. My dental hygienist, a woman from Senegal (i say this because i am very bad at remembering names) is the best i've ever had! I simply adore her! She is very soft spoken. She takes her time cleaning your teeth and is always making sure if you're comfortable. My dentist, Suzanne David, is also very nice and attentive. She most definitely knows what she is doing. A lot of experience under the belt! Now i would of given this place 5 stars but here is why i didn't. I came in the other day to have work done in my mouth. In the middle of the procedure, Dr David left the room to go tend to another patient in the other room. I waited at least 15 minutes with metal and plastic in my mouth. My mouth was wide opened for 15 minutes!! This wasn't the first time. I guess it's normal to overlap the appointment, but i don't think it makes it right to have a patient waiting that long. Especially with their mouth wide opened! This would be my only complaint. Other then that, i am a satisfied patient and will keep on coming here until my original dentist comes back ;)

The place is brand new with the latest equipments. The staff is so, so nice and professional! Dr. Laurianne Leduc is by far the most soft spoken dentist i've come across. Everyone is courteous and they all made me feel comfortable. God knows going to the dentist isn't fun! But yet, i just felt relaxed! I was in good hands. After my visit, i had to come back for some cavities. :( Dr. Leduc took real good care of me and it was actually quite enjoyable giving the circumstances. I wanted to proceed with my other teeth "problem"! Lol No wonder she comes highly recommended! I too recommend her... even if you have to drive a little out of your way, she and her staff, are well worth it! Trust me on that ;)

The receptionists are absolutely to die for!!! They are so warm and you can literally feel how much they care about each patient. The hygienist was super nice and for the first time ever, I did not even gag when taking x-rays, and the dentist was also phenomenal. Dre Michka Hoodfar was kind, compassionate, communicative and listened to me and heard everything I was saying, and I felt that she wanted to work with me in a way that I felt comfortable. This has not always been my experience with dentists. She has a gentle touch and I know that she will be my dentist for many many years to come. I cannot wait to get my teeth taken care of and I am actually looking forward to my next appointment! I highly recommend Centre Dentaire Olympique to anyone looking for a human experience during procedures we would rather not do. Thank you to the whole team :)))

Made an emergency weekend appointment due to a gum abscess that had gotten worse in recent days and…read moremy regular dentist couldn't see me soon enough. The receptionists at Alpha were very well organized and helpful, but the dental team present on a Sunday morning was extremely disorganized and not communicating well with each other or with me. No less than 4 different people came in and out of the exam room, asking the same questions and leaving. 2 different technicians had to repeat my x-rays a total of 4 times due to problems with their equipment. In the end they had to transfer me to a kids' exam room with a tiny radiation shield that barely covered me. When the dentist (Dr. Vinh) finally came in he didn't seem to have the background on my situation. Despite very clear symptoms of an abscess that had been getting worse for several days, he didn't take the time to properly locate it (it was in a tricky place under the jaw). Instead he quickly palpated around and concluded the pain must be coming from a cracked tooth or "just the shape of the jawbone rubbing against the gums." When the X ray showed no cracked tooth, he said I would just need to "get used to the pain" since it won't go away due to my jaw shape and try rinsing with saltwater from time to time. WTF?? If you don't enjoy being gaslighted and actually expect your medical professionals to have a modicum of communication and diagnostic skills, I suggest you go elsewhere.
