In my opinion, not good, bad office practices for anyone with heart problems. They don't have any…read moreform of communication, no internet messages, only by phone messages you have to leave because they don't answer their phone, and most of the time they don't call you back. Also, instead of sending you a bill, they make you line up before you leave and pay. Very rude and condescening, at least to me!

Went back in 6 months later turns out I…read morehad stage 4 cervical cancer was in kidney failure and since have lost one kidney and a tumor invading my bladder. Now have hole in my bladder. Have spent a year in chemo radiation and immunotherapy. Had that doctor done a simple physical exam or scan she would have found it all . I cant even sue them for almost killing me because they have state funding . The state of Texas is protecting UMCand they are harming people . Find somewhere else to go that is not state funded for your own protection .
