Went for my physical today and one of the phlebotomist did not have a good bedside manner. I didn't get her name nor have I ever seen or noticed her in the 8 years I have been going to this clinic. She needs to find a more empathy side and use that with each patient. I will say that she did a good job taking my blood, I barely felt a sting/prick.

Eyes had to be dialated, tack on additional 30 mon before the Dr. sees you. So got a trial pair of contacts to wear for a week. Any issues with them and I go back in for another pair of trial lenses to try a different prescription. That is very helpful before investing in a years worth of contacts. The Dr. is a nice young professional. He was honest and informed me that I am no longer a Lasik surgery candidate. I would have preferred he told me that I have a stigmatism instead of finding out when I paid at check out. (When I asked how my co pay was determined) Although I didnt know I was getting fitted for it, apparently a fitting for toric contacts costs 2x as much. Even with Eye Med insurance it is still $90 Out of pocket. So at 1000 a.m. I walked out of there.
