Do NOT come to this clinic. You pay for a consultation just for the nutritionist to be unprofessional and disrespectful.

And today , Wednesday , I still don't have the MAIN medication I need for pain. The dr has to sign off on it. I've sent several messages. Even requested the medics again with a note saying needs a signature. The pharmacy has also sent something requesting a signature. Safe to say , I won't be retuning. Nice people - but I need a healthcare team who's going to stay on top of THEIR duty as the provider. I should not have to contact you multiple times for a medication I AM OUT OF ! ---- Same person told me I need to "PICK" a primary -- I have no clue what that means or what I'm suppose to do. To me , it would make sense to explain the process of "picking a doctor" to become the PCP, but that's just my own logic. Also, I was asked MULTIPLE times the pharmacy by the assistant and dr. I told them both at least three times each 1604--- how did they get 211 ? Also , I had updated my records online saying what pharmacy. Assistant said it wasn't there. Nonetheless, how it go to the wrong place? Lastly, bc I knew I was establishing care---- I literally TYPED and organized my needs to have for the record. Assistant said dr would read. She looked at it --- but she didn't read it she kept saying oh THE ER GAVE YOU THIS. I said multiple times - I type it. And she ignored everything on that paper. Lastly, I was suppose to do labs... she told me before walking out the room I did not have to fast. But the documents I was given says FASTING ! Too much confusion for simple task. And bc I never got the medicine , there was no need to complete labs. Insurance hardly wants to pay. Didn't want to waste that claim so ... I guess the search continues. I genuinely HATE the healthcare system in SAN ANTONIO. You all need to do better. Two stars ONLY bc they are friendly smiling faces ---- but I'm still sitting in pain WITH NO F N MEDICATION. so yeah, won't be returning.

Victoria was also friendly but professional. Dr.Max Cruz has been my favorite Dr. I wouldn't change him for anything. He cares how you feel, your needs and always takes his time going over all the medications. He makes you feel so comfortable. I used to go to the location on Wurzbach, worse location ever, the receptionists are the so rude and they don't work with you if you are one minute late. You can tell they don't like what they do. I keep recommending this location. If I could I would give 10 stars. Great team everyone!

In today's healthcare world, it's rare to find a medical office that is not only efficient and on time, but also genuinely warm, welcoming, and caring. Every interaction we had made us feel valued as patients. The front desk staff, nurses, and support team were all incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. A special shoutout to Maria D, Maria S, Audrey, Gracie, Nancy, Jayme, and especially Dr. Max Cruz for providing such excellent care and customer service. Dr. Cruz took the time to listen, made us feel comfortable, and left a fantastic first impression. Executive leadership should know they have an outstanding team at this location. Experiences like this are what build long-term patient trust and loyalty. We truly look forward to receiving quality care here for years to come.
