They were so over booked, but yet the others waiting were all being checked on, while we were forgotten about. Our daughter is 6, she has had tubes in her ears and a T&A and we were never treated that way. We ended up leaving. We did not trust our child's care, to medical professionals who left us in a room for two hours, did not check on us and saw every other person who had checked in after we did. I do not recommend their facility, not for a child and especially not for any special needs child.

The front desk people and nurses are also super nice, and everyone is very attentive. The reason why there is a long wait sometimes is because the doctors (primarily female doctors, which I like) will come in and sit down and get a holistic idea of what's going on.
