The people who work here have all been very nice and accommodating, which is nice when you don't feel good. I have seen two different doctors and both took a good amount of time with me to figure out what was going on. They asked a lot of questions and seemed genuinely concerned. With a prescription (called in by them) I was out the door and ready to be healed. :) Both times I received a call a few days later to make sure that I was doing better. I've seen that doctor for years, and she is amazing, so it really rubbed me the wrong way. I thought that maybe I might have just been a little too sensitive or moody. So I shrugged it off. I was feeling puny and didn't know the ARNP very well. Flash forward to a month later and I'm told by a coworker that I can get my Rx filled for free if I go to IM Well again. Same circumstance. The ARNP was questioning me to the point of being rude and making me feel uncomfortable. She made me feel like I was drug seeking when all I wanted was my acne medication and B12 shots for free. She ended up refusing to fill it without labs. Ok, so I made sure my labs from a few months ago would be forwarded to her. But no Rx ever came to my pharmacy. I called them to see what was the problem and never got a return call.

Following an automobile accident, we used Broadway Clinic to help. I had heard from other doctors…read morethat they often perform services which are NOT needed to run up the bill for insurance. I'm not 100% sure that happened here. BUT, I can say I received a bill along with a medical lien from Broadway Clinic. I ASSUMED that was the full bill for their services/treatment. I ended up finishing treatment at another doctor and left Broadway Clinic. I ended up settling the insurance claim based upon the bills they sent to my house (along with the liens). Much to my surprise, TWO YEARS AFTER the insurance settlement, I received a bill for OVER $3000 for services from Midtown Imaging (two MRIs which were done on the same day). I discovered this was basically another name for Broadway Clinic. They WAITED TWO YEARS to send me a bill and surprised me. I ended up having to pay the bill out of pocket because the insurance claim had already been settled. There was NO EXPLANATION why they waited TWO YEARS. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH BILLING PRACTICES FROM THIS PLACE!
