I really appreciated the fact that the technician Stefan doing the EKG and CT scan was very patient and answered all my questions and explained things; in fact, everybody was good at that. I found all the staff members to be very respectful, whether that was dealing with a health issue, or respecting my input. The lady named Zi at reception was quick to get things moving and get me treated, very polite. Most people get very nervous when an IV is being inserted in the arm, but that was not uncomfortable at all with David doing it, so clearly, they have very professional people working here. I walked in with quite a bit of pain and walked out without it, and a diagnosis to explain what happened. Kudus to Shawn for his care. Overall, this was a tremendous experience! And I even had a couple doctor referrals which I needed for subsequent treatment and prescription support. I think you'll like being under the care of these professionals.

I had missed my window but the lady was very understanding and still was able to squeeze me in and accommodate my needs. Upon arrival the staff was friendly, following CDC guidelines, and was very helpful/attentive.

My husband presented with clear clinical signs of dehydration, which I explicitly communicated multiple times, including that he had failed oral hydration. These concerns were repeatedly dismissed, despite dehydration being something urgent care should be able to manage. I work in the medical field and was trying to prevent an unnecessary ER visit and hospital bill. Instead, due to the lack of appropriate assessment and intervention, his condition worsened and we were forced to go to the ER anyway. To make matters worse, I formally expressed my concerns after the visit and was told a provider would be calling me back. Two days later, no call, no follow-up, no accountability. At that point, all that had been accomplished was delaying care and racking up an ER visit that could have potentially been avoided. This experience was not only frustrating--it was unsafe. Patients deserve to be heard, taken seriously, and followed up with when concerns are escalated. I have completely lost confidence in the care provided here and will absolutely be seeking care elsewhere.

Going in for a visit I knew I didn't have insurance, worried about the cost, and knew it would be self-pay. Danielle was the NP that treated me on Monday. She did my vitals and found my oxygen, heartbeat and blood pressure were below normal rage. Danielle was concerned but you wouldn't have known it by her demeanor. She was honest with me about what was going on. She felt a chest x-ray would tell us more about what was going on with my lungs. I knew the chest x-ray would be an additional cost to what I had already paid. Danielle did a breathing treatment on me and left me with a cup of hot tea to think about what I wanted to do next. She returned and I had decided to do the chest x-ray. Danielle has the ability to be empathetic towards her patients and at that moment that was exactly what I needed. I left the clinic calmly and felt she had my best interest at heart and had given me the knowledge of what I needed to do to get better. Today she called to check on me, and I am doing better in 2 days than I had all last week and for that I am truly grateful to her and the staff.

This place is by far the worst physicians office I have ever visited! I won't be back, even if my life depended on it. They would probably let me die anyway considering they had done nothing for me when I was literally feeling like death the two times I visited in the same week! THANKS FOR NOTHING! Also forgot that they even billed me for an additional ~$200 for both visits. Tried to dispute the bill with the office manager regarding negligence and improper patient care, however she deducted $20 and said that was all about she could do. When I requested they connect me to the actual clinic I am put on hold for several minutes and then they come back to let me know nobody at the clinic will pick up the phone. This has happened several times. Appointments are canceled and rescheduling is difficult. Once you are out of the office there is ZERO opportunity to speak with a doctor or nurse. Literally to get a prescription refilled you have to make an appointment because talking to somebody over the phone at the clinic is impossible.
