This was our first time ever visiting Supreme Emergency Room & it was very Impressive Customer Service & Patient Care. We happen to come late night/early morning around midnight on 12/17/2025.... There was virtually no waiting time once my daughter finished the paperwork. The front desk attendant was kind & professional. The nurse was Awesome & went the extra mile to be gentle & explain everything that was going on or being administered thru the I.V. She had really amazing bedside manner, seemed very knowledgeable & kind. The tech that does the Cat-scans & urine samples ect. was also very courteous & kind. Doctor Z. was cool, seemed very knowledgeable, loved how he believes in ruling out the worst things possible and allows the patient to ask questions or to inform him of any additional issues concerning the medical situation. The entire staff, including Dr. Z. had a sense of humor & that was great under somewhat stressful circumstances. I recommend this Emergency room because they treat the patients as well as guests with the upmost respect & kindness. Additional bonus is the snacks & so cool how the complimentary water bottles have their name on it. The Nice nurse & tech introduced themselves but I'm bad at names so forgive me but shout out to the entire staff who worked the OVERNIGHT shift from Saturday (05/17/2025) to Sunday ( 05/18/2025). I was extremely happy with my treatment here, from everybody at the Dr. Desai level on down. I really appreciated the fact that the technician Stefan doing the EKG and CT scan was very patient and answered all my questions and explained things; in fact, everybody was good at that. I found all the staff members to be very respectful, whether that was dealing with a health issue, or respecting my input. The lady named Zi at reception was quick to get things moving and get me treated, very polite. Most people get very nervous when an IV is being inserted in the arm, but that was not uncomfortable at all with David doing it, so clearly, they have very professional people working here. I walked in with quite a bit of pain and walked out without it, and a diagnosis to explain what happened. Kudus to Shawn for his care. Overall, this was a tremendous experience! And I even had a couple doctor referrals which I needed for subsequent treatment and prescription support. I think you'll like being under the care of these professionals.

The only reason I give this clinic 4 stars instead of 5, was that I was unaware of an additional charge that would be applied for an extra test on a sample. So, I didn't exactly get that inexpensive visit to the doctors office like I expected, but they took good care of me.

I used over-the-counter Tylenol and a 4% lidocaine patch instead, but a week later I am still in pain and unable to get the prescribed treatment. I would appreciate better coordination between the provider, insurance, and pharmacy to avoid delays in care.

Tried to dispute the bill with the office manager regarding negligence and improper patient care, however she deducted $20 and said that was all about she could do. Dr Nelson has been my doctor since day one. Once early on in covid I saw another doctor at the practice and did not gel well with her. All I had to do was simply make a note in my patient portal online that I would prefer to see Dr Nelson moving forward and it was done. Being able to use the patient portal to request prescription refills or to leave comments or to get test results is very helpful. I was able to check in online make payments online everything. I don't know that Dr Nelson is seeing new patients which would be unfortunate for this review because it's all about Dr nelson, however if you can get in and see somebody else at village medical, I would highly suggest it. I did see when I was there yesterday that they have other locations and hours are expanded past the normal Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00 kind of thing which is awesome. I definitely highly recommend checking this pracbtice out. You are able to do your blood work right there, you don't get sent around to another facility to get your blood work done and they are very good with putting the results in the patient portal. Even when they leave you a message with a phone number, that number goes straight to a call center that is clearly sourced outside the country. They are not able to help in any way. When I requested they connect me to the actual clinic I am put on hold for several minutes and then they come back to let me know nobody at the clinic will pick up the phone. This has happened several times. Appointments are canceled and rescheduling is difficult. Once you are out of the office there is ZERO opportunity to speak with a doctor or nurse. Literally to get a prescription refilled you have to make an appointment because talking to somebody over the phone at the clinic is impossible.
