I had some reservations and addressed my concerns with my supervisor. She assured me that I would not be replaced. When it was my time to go back to work either remotely or on location, I was told there was no work for me. The phlebotomist at the job and I were friendly and she informed me that they hired one of the student nurses in my place. Dr. Brown denies doing this and claims I quit. I am now in the appeals process with unemployment because she lied to the unemployment agency and told them I quit and left due to personal reasons. This is completely false. I sent all my proof to a lawyer and am awaiting a response. She is not a good employer and she hides under the guise that she is a Christian. The oath of a doctor is do no harm. She tries to get her employees to become her patients so she can diagnose them and then manipulate them based on said diagnosis. This is a gross misuse of her credentials and she needs to be stopped from hurting anyone else.

She gives a computer test and she counts on that to make the diagnosis. I actually went and got a 2nd opinion and several have told me you can not diagnose a child in one day of they have ODD and definitely cannot diagnose a child with ADHD with computer test. To be diagnosed with ADHD youbhave to be tested all day by a professional with multiple testing to be accurate. Very sad situation to diagnose someone with both these disorders in 2 visits and now when your child wants to join the military their life is ruined. You have to end up paying several hundred dollars to have him restarted and get him cleared.

One and a half weeks later, and many nights of my husband working on this swollen and very painful knee, we still had not heard anything from anyone! I have left messages with no response. I work with insurance myself and know that our doors nor take this long to contact insurance. I FINALLY get someone to call me back only to be told that they still have not contacted his insurance!! I took my 12 year old to Fast Med in Rocky Mount, NC and I have to say it was the absolute best…read moreservice I have ever received at an Urgent Care. She got into some poison ivy during the week and was progressively getting worse so I took her in Sunday with the hopes of them giving her a steroid shot. Needless to say, we walked in as a first time patient and completed some paperwork. One of the questions asked if there were any siblings to the patient being seen and if they had any ailments. It just so happened that I have a younger daughter that was diagnosed with JIA a couple years earlier. Dr. S Daniel is who we ended up seeing and when reading through the paperwork he said "You have another child with JIA?" My response of course was "yes" and asked if he could meet her as he has only been able to read about stories such as hers. After treating the poison ivy, I came home to tell my youngest about our visit and how Dr. Daniel wanted to meet her. She was just as excited to meet him so back to Fast Med we go. When we arrived back Dr. Daniel took a brief moment to meet her and told her what a pleasure it was to meet her and that he has only been able to read about stories such as hers. He also told her how proud he was of her that she undergoes so much treatment in order to find a cure so no more boys or girls experience her pain. Dr. Daniel took a moment out of his day to change the vision of a 7 year old with JIA. He not only showed professionalism, he was also compassionate, caring and sympathic for a patient that wasn't even his. In regards to the actual visit for the poison ivy, we were in and out of the office (completing paperwork, vital signs, diagnosis, medicine) within 45 minutes. Thanks again! So glad to see this business come to Rocky Mount!

This is the worst damn place to ever go for anything, every time I come here even with an…read moreappointment (and trust me I wish I could go somewhere else but I can't bc of factors I'm not going to say I have to come here),I check in and then they put me in a room for 1-2 hrs just for the doctor to finally come in and speak to me for maybe 5 minutes and I had to sit and wait while all the so called "doctors" are talking and laughing outside the room talking about dumb stuff like oh what are y'all doing when you get off work or what are yall going to do this weekend. And don't even get me started on how out of all the times I've been here I've never gotten the same doctor and none of them read my reports so I have to tell them the whole injury again and only 2 of the doctors actually looked at my injury and actually try to help me all the other ones would just ask me question that would have nothin to do with my injury and just say well come back in 2 weeks. This place is a damn joke and so is everyone that works here
