I have to say that I was extremely disappointed in our wedding photography…read more My Bridal portraits were okay, but I felt like I was rushed the entire session. However, when I got my disk of photos, they were all relatively good. There were several pictures that I was interested in from my Bridal Session, which I did not get. I ask for a disk of all of the photos, and offered to pay for it, and she told me she didn't have them. Just the ones she sent me. On our wedding day, from the minute that we arrived at our venue, she acted confused on what she was supposed to be doing. I had to ask on multiple occasions throughout the day where she was and at one point had to yell for her to get her attention. She was in and out of our wedding as quickly as she could be. We cut our reception an hour and a half short, and I paid for the extra time, which she didn't offer to refund or give a portion back. She is a highly talented photographer in many other avenues, but wedding's are definitely not her strong suit. Not once was I asked what photos were important to me, and I got 1 shot of our wedding party all together, and 1 shot of myself and my bridesmaids together. I didn't get one picture with my flower girl, my ring bearers, no family pictures of my husband and his Dad and sister, not one of my family and myself. Total we spent close to $2K and I would have preferred to spend a little more, or less, and get a total different experience. The most disappointing thing about this experience, was she was recommended by several professionals and mutual colleagues, which made me more apt to trust her ability. I went through all of her pictures online before selecting her and thought I made a good choice. I was wrong. Now all I have left from my wedding day are memories and 200 pictures, which only 3 of them were of my husband and I after our ceremony. I cried when I got our disk.

We celebrated our 25-year anniversary here in late May. The weather was incredible, the room was…read morequaint, and the extras were endless. When it was cloudy, we went on a treck around the pond. (Bring bug spray and check for ticks) The natural landscaping was intoxicating with honeysuckle as far as you could see with cute little eccentric touches throughout the property. We planned our days with swimming, fishing, napping, and dinner, too. Jamil's Steak House was wonderful and recommended by our hosts. We ate off site a couple of times, but we enjoyed brunch with our host, Heather, the most in the common area. The fishing was eventful with about 12 snags of different kinds, blue gill, perch, big mouth bass, and crappie. The husband smiled ear-to-ear on the dock, pulling one out right after another. The Cottage came fully equipped, and the bed was super soft! We came to relax and that is just the prescription we received! Oh yeah! The ground pets, Larry, his brother Darrell and his other brother Darrell were a great comical team!

She and her husband worked our wedding and showed up right on time and got started right away. Making sure to fit more than enough quality photos into our time we had her services. More impressively, she and her husband were so efficient that the Chapel coordinator was impressed at the speed that all of the post ceremony photos were completed. It's actually what put things an hour ahead of schedule! They were very kind, professional, and hard working all day. Very approachable and understanding, which is what you love to have in your photographer. Her prices are fair and unrivaled for the quality and professionalism she brings with her.
