Colin provided a comprehensive quote with a few different options. The final price was very reasonable. He is very knowledgeable and communicated the condition and options clearly. I can't say enough about the crew that did the work. They were like a fine tuned machine. It was obvious they were all experienced climbers. The way they worked together was very impressive and reassuring of their safety standards. Again, their communication was thorough and much appreciated. The billing and payment process was easy to understand and very easy. Abby was great to work with! I highly recommend CTC for any tree trimming work, large or small.

I really appreciate their getting back to me after they sent the quote to follow up. Their customer service has good follow up. I don't know what the quality of their work is to give you the value for the end project, but I can let you know their customer service and the service I received when the project manager came out to look at the project were professional.

I wouldn't necessarily vouch for his honesty either. When he failed to coplete the job we agreed on he claimed that we agreed on something else. It's why, unlike others who gave us a proposal, he never offered a written proposal. He also offered an unusually wide difference between cash and a check. I can understand charging extra for credit, but a check?? I wasn't going to argue with him, but, as I told him, I wouldn't hire him again no matter what. I had some good photos to attach, but I had trouble uploading them. I think they are pretty persuasive, but you should have the idea anyway.
