They made sure that all of my trees were at least reviewed and even taught me how to keep my orchard trees healthy. The entire initial experience was very positive. They came and did all the work quickly and accurately. Once finished, you'd never know they had been there. Every stick and leaf had been cleaned and removed. About a month later one of the trees they hadn't worked on fell over in the yard. I called them and within half an hour he had a crew out to inspect the tree and remove it. They even cut the tree to lengths for my fireplace. They found that the tree from the outside had no signs of damage but the inside was nearly hollow. It had grown over a section of rock wall and had incorporated the rock wall, leaving it unstable. Just as before, when they left, I wouldn't have guessed there was a tree in that spot just a few hours earlier.
