On Saturday, I normally do my grocery shopping, which includes getting eggs. I didn't have a chance to grab some. I decided to stop by this Rexall to pick up a dozen eggs. I have passed by this Rexall many times. I normally don't visit it because there's a Shoppers Drug Mart a block away. I was curious to check this drugstore out. This Rexall is in a plaza with a ton of parking spots. I parked fairly close to the entrance and walked in. The beauty section greets you when you walk in. It felt like an older store, but it had everything that I needed. I looked ahead and found the daily living section. It essentially meant food and drinks. I found the eggs. There was a woman there looking at the photo of a grey carton with a blue stripe. It did not match the grey cartons in front of us. We chatted about it. I looked at the price of the grey cartons and they were $3.99, which was the price posted with the photo with the different carton design. I have seen egg prices rise steadily at Rexall. It started off at $3.49 months ago. It was at $3.79 two weeks ago. It was $3.89 yesterday when you look at the flyer. For some reason, the price hiked up again to. The woman basically grabbed two cartons and was about to leave. I asked that she check that the eggs weren't cracked and that the expiration date was good. She nodded. We both had good eggs. I looked around the store some more. I found M&M Food in the fridge. I found pop that was decently priced. There was a vitamin sale. I enjoyed browsing. I found Twigz pretzel snacks. I got a couple of bags, as they were on sale. I then headed to the checkout. There was a man there who wasn't the most talkative, but he was competent at the checkout. He scanned my Be Well barcode and my items. I then paid with a credit card. I thanked him and left with my items. I didn't go into the store with a bag. I put them in a reusable one in my car and headed home. I still need to try the snacks. I hope that they are good. This Rexall is a solid drugstore. It had everything that I needed. I didn't need the pharmacy, but I was glad that it was open. (201)

Very poor customer service, expensive & the pharmacist is full of excuses for this behaviour. Avoid this place at all cost unless you want a migraine.

I didn't have an issue parking and going in. The store is organized as you'd expect in a modern SDM. Bacon was on sale according to the flyer. Sadly, there were no bacon packages left. Bummer. It was around 5 pm when I was here. I did get a few of my regular items. I was pleased. Normally, in the vitamin section, you will see something discounted. At this particular location, nothing was on sale. Wow. I found that it's hit or miss to find items that you are looking at this store. I was happy to look at the decent selection of nail polish, though. I had a wonderful person at the cashier. Normally, you have to pay extra for a plastic bag. I would have been perfectly fine grabbing my three items and hauling them to my car. I suppose that she looked at my points, realized that I am a regular, and simply gave me a free bag. It was much appreciated. (425)
