I pick up my dog food once a month usually so I have been going there for the past 7months. But today I went in tried picking up my dog food which my sister ordered, but the girl in the front was just completely rude. No, greetings or hi how can I help you and as soon as I walked in she completely looked at me different. Regardless I came in walked up and said I needed to pick up my dog food, she asked can I get a last name. Usually I order my food online myself so knowing my sister bought it this time I used my last name and completely forgot she has gotten married recently and changed her last name. So when I gave her my last name the girl in the front looked at me like I'm crazy but I showed her screenshots with the order number and receipt that shows everything. She completely ignored that and asked for the last name so I just called my sister resolved it and gave her the right last name. After I said the last name she just stares at me for a second gives me a weird look and turned to look at her co worker then she kind of slowly turned around as she's hesitant to give me the dog food. When she did give me the dog food nothing was said no thank you or anything. Kind of sad I've been getting my dog food here for about half a year now and this one incident will have me look for another place to get my dog food from. Maybe try hiring people that will have them come back and not feel uncomfortable JUST TO PICK UP DOG FOOD can't imagine walking around asking for help about food with the kind of enthusiasm that the employee gives off. Great to know that this would be the last time I spend my money here!

Now mind you, they can blow up my phone with multiple text messages AND phone calls on the days they show up, but they couldn't call or text when they took it upon themselves to change my day and skip a week? I went back and read that email. They didn't ask if it was okay with me, they just stated they were "required" to change my service day. The day they chose isn't convenient for me as the folks who mow my lawn would be walking in a week's worth of poop, so I cancelled. The option to choose my service day was a huge factor in me giving this company a try. They even told me I could change my day any time I wanted, but now they're telling me they only have one day a week they're willing to do the service, and that I can't change it. Update: I did send an email as requested but I was simply told my service would start up again on a different day of the week. No explanation for why a week was skipped and no explaining why they wanted to change my service day from the one I chose. This is problematic as I need to coordinate based on when the lawn mowing company comes. Service was great the first two weeks. But yesterday, I expected my third weekly visit and nobody came, nobody called. At 6:00 pm I called and spoke to a woman at their customer service number who said she would pass my message along. Haven't heard a thing. No calls, no texts, nothing. I'd really like to use the service and Chris did a great job, but it's like they've vanished. At least they didn't bill me for this week. The 1 Star Reviews: I can understand, having a bad experience, especially for smaller dogs that could be easily traumatized for lack of care. The staff is very young so I also understand lack of maturity in their responses. My 3 star review: The price, location, and friendliness of staff were all exceptional. The cut was better than a Petco/Petsmart haircut and way better priced, but the razor indentations, inconsistencies, and trimming most of his tail (when asked not to) marked this haircut down 2 stars. Overall, I wouldn't mark it down significantly. I believe they deserve a second chance because of the overall young age of the staff and their kindness.
