You are charged once a month, but they only come out 4 times a year. It's a complete and utter rip off. The technician stays for about 10 minutes and says he is done. I kept seeing more webs and spiders so I called them back out for another service. Still an uptick of spiders and webs all around my house. I got fed up with them and their lack of doing anything that resembled pest control. I decided to buy outdoor spider spray at Lowe's that you attach to a hose. I spent a few hours spraying around the exterior of my house and probably killed 50 spiders and many had large eggs attached to them. The Lowe's spray is about 12 bucks and did ten times the job Franklin pest control ever did. Stay away from this business. It's a complete rip off and not worth the money they charge.
