She was very nice and got me in and out quickly. The placement of the piercing is great and I hardly had any bleeding right away. My ear is a bit red in it only because I kept holding it forward to try and get a focused, shadowless pic of it lol. The employees I met while waiting (as an unscheduled walk-in on a busy night) were all kind! They chatted with me and kept me updated on when the piercer would be ready for me which I appreciated.
