I did not ask for it, and frankly I was even out of state. But I loved it! It can be stressful when your vehicle goes into the shop with when you know something is wrong, and they truly made it stress-free. They worked with a third-party warranty company, and let me know immediately what was approved and what wasn't. Not only was the customer service and auto service absolutely awesome, they cleaned my truck, inside and out. Shined the tires. What other company for auto repair do you know that does this? They are a full head above the competition. I would recommend them to anybody in a heartbeat!!

I took my truck in to have some transmission work done, they told me it would take 21/2 to 3 days…read moreto rebuild it at a cost of 1700.00. I took it in at 830 on a Monday and that afternoon at 430 they told me my truck was done, but has an exhaust leak. It didn't have any exhaust leak when I gave it to them and they claim they didn't loosen or remove the exhaust, Right! So in the end they charged me for 3 days labor for 7 hours work and want me to pay them 180.00 to fix the exhaust leak! I would like to thank Sheldon for calling me back about my experience with his company. He took the time to make certain he understood my issues and did offer an apology( which in today's world is rare) and his prospective on the situation. We didn't agree on everything, but he was very sincere in his concern for this customer. Thank you Kevin, Sheldon & Ms. Gloria for helping resolve the issues with my vehicle!

Stopped to ask if they could do a job and after i explained what was that I wanted they assured me…read morethat could do it, o problem the manager said, we do it all the time, so they game me an appointment for two days later and I showed up as expected. Again I explained what was what I wanted since it was a different manager. I gave him a piece of paper with the link to a YouTube video on how to do the install, he said we do it all the time and I requested someone with experience but requested he or she gets the link to the YouTube. Nothing of that happened because when the guy was done doing the job I asked him where he had placed the washer I included and he said I put it in the bottom because you don't need it. Long story short after I explained he understood the reason and had to spend another 20 minutes to place the washer in the right place. This is not the first time it happens to me but the first in this business, I wish people behind the counter would do as you request instead of guessing and also people behind the counter should listen to the costumer rather than to assume they are infallible I think it was pricey over two hundred dollars for a 30 minute job that if I don't ask it would have been done incorrectly. I would have done it myself if I had a lift like that 2.5 stars

Empathy and morality now lack in the automotive world, at Lex Tech that is not the case. I like to turn my own wrench, and rarely trust anybody to work on my vehicle - my vehicle was making a noise I could not diagnose other than my own intuition, and wanted to verify what the problem was before throwing parts at my Tundra. Glenn (Owner) and his mechanic were honest, transparent, and knowledgeable about everything - but more so were honest on pricing and avoided any hidden costs, fee's, markups, etc. to get me rolling once more. There are not many shops that will give you ALL options on how to move forward with a repair, but LexTech does exactly that. The part prices are "steep" - but they are all Toyota factory Original Equipment. There is an age old saying "buy once, cry once" - the factory parts serve the legendary reliability of Toyota justice, there is a reason the owner provides this option. Glenn the owner is great, customer service above all else. I wish all shops operated with this level of service, quality, and honesty.
