After months of trying to get our pieces, we finally got fed up with the lack of communication and said something to them about the many messages in text and left with their receptionist. Gigi lied and said they never received any of our messages even though you can see they read them and didn't respond (happy to screenshot all of the messages so that the owner can't come on here and try to debunk any of this happening). We were told on several occasions our pieces would be ready on a certain day, only to never hear from them, we then called them on said day for Gigi to tell us she didn't know we still wanted them, all because we said we wanted a call from a manager. Yet she asked us to confirm sizes for approval to move forward, which we gave, she gave us another expected date to be done. Again not done! We called and asked for Savia (the owner), we were told she was with a customer and would call when she was done, we called back an hour later and they said she left the office for the day. Decided to take our business elsewhere for better customer service and even beat their price by almost a third!

She also helped me pick out quartz countertops and a backsplash. I had a general idea about what I wanted but definitely needed help with specifics. Lisa listened very intently to what I wanted and to my overall tastes. She chose wonderful colors for everything and provided narrowed down choices for the backsplash and countertops which enabled me to make easy decisions. Lisa responded very promptly to every inquiry I had and is flexible with her time, making scheduling an appointment with her very easy. Lost almost everything to a lightning strike and fire. We were lucky to find and salvage some…read morefavorite family but damaged pieces--a 4ft antique Love Sofa, a Cherry Grandmother clock, a round 4ft custom Walnut table and 4 chairs,a Mahogany Gateleg table, a 2ft antique wood India musician and a Teak wine rack. We contacted three area restorers,visited their shops and easily chose Jeff to help us. After several weeks, lots of hours repairing, stripping,sanding and refinishing these pieces Jeff brought us back beautiful-almost original pieces. Tried to call again today 1/31 and I get there blasted answering machine. Look this a simple 32 dollar item, it could be one of there overpriced items. Avoid them And go to Amazon or Lowes

I called from out of state to find someone to fix gutters and power wash house after the last…read morehurricane! He responded immediately and was able to get to work a few days later! He gave us a price and sent pictures of work before sending a request for the money. We got lots of compliments on the house. Being out of state at the time it is not always easy to find somebody trustworthy! Well we got a notice from our HOA saying our driveway was dirty and needed to be cleaned and gave us very short notice to fix the problem. I called and told them what was going on and I didn't want to get fined when we weren't there to clean it. We still hadn't been home since the hurricane as we were snowed in elsewhere. He said he would take care of it, gave me a quote and I got pictures 3-4 days later of before and after and it was night and day! Our neighbors and friends asked for his information as it is very difficult and expensive to find somebody short notice who wants to work and is kind and understanding. We are hiring them again will update after he does that work!
