At 4:30 I texted Allison to see if they were coming. She immediately called me and explained that "time had gotten away from them because their A/C went out!" So we agreed that we would reschedule for Saturday July 31st. Again, - no show by Chris or Allison. No phone calls or texts from them either. Being an engineer in the construction business myself; I recognize the importance of communication, thoroughness, client relations. Each one of these areas was ignored by Allison and Chris. This in of itself, warrants concern of how well a project would be completed by them (if it got completed)?!?! To emphasize - they never called or texted back. My wife and I gave up our plans for the 2nd Saturday in a row in an effort to meet them. The lack of consideration was/is extremely disappointing. We were told on several occasions our pieces would be ready on a certain day, only to never hear from them, we then called them on said day for Gigi to tell us she didn't know we still wanted them, all because we said we wanted a call from a manager. Yet she asked us to confirm sizes for approval to move forward, which we gave, she gave us another expected date to be done. Again not done! We called and asked for Savia (the owner), we were told she was with a customer and would call when she was done, we called back an hour later and they said she left the office for the day. Decided to take our business elsewhere for better customer service and even beat their price by almost a third!
