The yard had become overgrown and a large pile of debris had piled up over a number of months. Two other contractors promised to visit the site, but never followed-through. When I found Alex, he visited the property when he said he would, called me back to provide a quote, then actually came out to do the work. I asked him to bid on three parts of the project: 1) First-time clean-up of the yard, including removing the stockpile of palm fronds that had accumulated. 2) Find a crew to trim the palm trees on property. 3) Do regular maintenance 2x per month. Alex has been great. The only challenge that we had is that he did not remember the amount that he initially quoted for the three parts of the project. But, even so, he gave me a fair price, has done good work, and has been pretty communicative when I have questions or concerns. Give him a shot; I suspect he will provide you with really good service at a fair price.

They can do it all, listening, design, irrigation and concrete work.
