We still absolutely love this facility and all the people in it. The staff really are mommies to our baby girl and we trust them whole heartedly. They are so patient and loving with the children and truly have their best interest at heart. The teachers love to see the kids blossom and are very proud of their achievements. I would choose Kidz R Us again in a heartbeat. So much for my 1 month review!!! Our daughter has now been attending Kidz R Us for 9 months and we couldn't be more pleased. The previously spoken about Director, Miss Samitha still pleases us as much as when we first met her. All of her staff are very pleasant and easy to talk to and work with. Our daughter has learned so many new things here and continues to do so. The teachers are very loving and respond to the children in a very calm manner, even when the kids get out of hand....not quite like I would hahaha. All joking aside, the environment is that of love, positive reinforcement and redirection which I think works really well. We plan to keep our daughter here until she is old enough to attend "regular" school.

I feel like the teachers are always trying to do creative and fun work with the children and my son is always excited to tell me about whatever it is they are studying that week. It is very clear that the entire teaching staff really love the children and enjoy watching them grow/develop. I have never once heard a teacher raise their voice and I always see them modeling patience/kindness. I also love that they provide community style eating where the children not only try new foods, but I don't have to bring lunch! There is an enclosed outside area and a gym that the children always use. A big plus for my little boy. Most importantly, this school is more affordable than any I've enrolled in with hours that fit a fulltime working schedule. As a busy working mom, I highly suggest Kidz R Us.

He started in the infant room, with Ms. Martha and Ms. Archie who made him feel comfortable since it was his first daycare experience. When he moved to the older classroom Ms. Maria and the other teachers really helped him adjust to the being with the older kids. They have plenty of different activities, circle time, painting, water play, etc. The food and snacks were always healthy as well. We liked that they communicate and provide photo updates throughout the day via an app. The director, Ms. Tiffany does a great job is very hands on also, great with the children. We were happy to find a daycare that we could trust and would definitely recommend Bright Futures!

Bright Futures had just opened the infant room and so our son was only the second baby there. It was maybe a leap of faith but we immediately felt we could trust them with our baby. The room is brand new, clean, and organized. Director Tiffany takes extra care of the infant room and our baby was surrounded by loving teachers all the time. We are switching now because we want to be closer to home and not take the 710 every day, but at the new daycare, they were surprised to notice how well-socialized and well-mannered our son was. Obviously, they did a great job of teaching him social skills. Our son especially enjoyed the front yard where he could ride the tricycle for hours, the water days in the summer when they play in the water, and sometimes they would let him hang with the older kids which is proven to be beneficial for development. They use an app to communicate with parents so we would get pictures of him and updates every day. Also, they provide meals which is a huge help for working parents. He has a difficult time saying goodbye and seeing me leave which in turn has made this a difficult transition for me as well. Teacher Gina is so loving and present that she can sense when it will be hard for him and when it's okay for me to leave. Between her and the director Elaine they have sent me photos after I left so I could feel better about leaving. I have also waited outside of the class as well for one of them to give me the "okay he's having fun" to feel comfortable leaving. Nobody has rushed me out or made me feel silly for waiting around to make sure he's fine. Gina and Elaine are as concerned with the parents as they are with the kids. They are open, honest and most importantly, they have an open door policy. No question or concern is silly and they make you feel completely at home and at peace entrusting your kids with them.

She partnered with me on that process and it helped reduce tantrums and fits as we're able to talk together and I could encourage my kids at 2 and 3 to use their words so I could address the real issues and meet their needs.
