They warranty their work and the products they use so when I had an issue with one of the shower doors, I sent an email stating the issue. I received a reply from one of the owners and a text from the project manager within an hour saying they would take care of it. The project manager was sick the day of the email but came out the next morning and fixed the problem. All within 24 hrs of my email! No questions asked! They just took cared the problem asap! These people are AMAZING and I will use them for any other remodel projects I may have in the future.

Attempted to put a review up about the situation and the business owner instead of saying hey what's going on let's see if we can address this immediately started calling me a liar saying no no employee of mine would do that, but I have all the communications from the homeowner and the realtor who both state that these cards were stolen from the home as neither one of them had it , and they were promised to my child. Then when I email the business owner to try to address it he still continues to call me a liar instead of addressing the issue and tells me to go ahead and post reviews. So just know this man is not the type of guy you want to do business with! He will allow an employee to come into your home and steal from you and then defend the employee behind a false reputation of a business that is highly suspect now that he is attacked us the victims of a crime by one of his employees.

Mario and his father came out and walked our property and gave us a very fast, good, competitive quote on their services. We went with them due to their detailed plan. The executed their plan perfectly! Our yard went from being out of control to exactly what we wanted. All our neighbors have made it a point to say how wonderful our whole project turned out. We couldn't be happier. Milestone Landscaping put in a beautiful and extremely sturdy small retaining wall around our patio with shrubs, flowers, and river rock in it. The make a perfect brick patio out one of the doors to our larger enclosed patio. They removed MANY surface roots and rocks, brought in dirt, and planted grass that is now up and looked excellent! Overall, we couldn't have been more pleased how the project has turned out. We will be having Milestone Landscaping back this fall to aerate and overseed our lawn. He reassembled our deck after it was ripped apart in a wind storm, secured our privacy wall, rebuilt our railing, added a gate, built a chain link fence to fully fence the back yard, and added a step on one side of our deck. When you look at our deck, you can tell his work is very high quality. He did not skimp on his process in any way, and the deck is extremely sturdy. We are so grateful that we found him! With elderly parents and kids and dogs in and out of the house, he has made our home a little bit safer and our lives a little better in our back yard space. Well i just figured out that I posted my review on Michaels construction on the wrong…read morebusiness...kind-of...he's listed twice...once as Michael Construction & also listed as Michaels Construction...which is correct...So I'll do my review for work that I had done a couple years ago. Two years ago my pest inspector discovered termites under our home(bad news).Lots of floor joists eaten up. We got a few bids on the project & then went with Michaels Construction. Jack(the owner) came in & repaired & replaced many joists that were damaged or completely eaten. The job was done on time & they even cleaned out rubbish under the house that previous workers have left. Now our floors seen solid. I would recommend Michaels to anyone needing home renovation...
