She recognized that the need for private insurance can be a stressful time so she worked hard to give options and different ideas about how to consume the plans offered without adding stress. I really liked that she showed all of the options (another broker we inquired with did not) and she had tools to easily schedule calls and time to answer questions. I highly recommend people reach out if they need help with insurance.

Reason for visit: Acne…read more Pros: 1. Able to make an appointment within a few days of phone call Cons: 1. Awful, lazy, rude staff. 2. Careless uninterested doctor 3. Terrible inconvenient office hours 4. No follow ups regarding test results or appointments 5. Staff does not answer the phones in a timely manner 6. Patient has to call for any follow ups and to get an explanation regarding test results. 7. Long wait period to receive test results. Overview: When I met w/ Dr. Subhani for the initial visit, she did spend a decent amount of time w/me but seemed uninterested in hearing what I had to say regarding my acne. I asked her to do a hormonal blood test and her attitude said that was a waste of time. She had already determined my hormone levels were normal because I'm not fat. But she did a blood test anyway because that was the main reason for the visit. She didn't want to give me any type of solution either for the acne. I had to ask her for antibiotics or something to start working on the problem. The blood test results took a couple weeks. The staff called and quickly stated the results are normal and hung up. I have no idea what they tested for. What did I pay for? When I called back to get more info on the test and maybe get a prescription, the staff didn't know what to go over or what to say nor would get the doc on the phone. Days later, when the doctor finally called back like I asked, she too had nothing to say and seemed hella irritated. Maybe I had to pay another $150 for her to talk. Seeing her was a total waste of money. She's just another doc. in the field for the money.
