Dr. Arcure was awesome! He listened to me and wants to get to the bottom of why I'm in so much pain. I know I'm on my way to feeling better!

I have been going here for 4 months now. I have had two office visits and three procedure visits…read more My first appointment was with Dr. Barnes, but I guess something came up, and I saw Dr. Broulette instead. (They called him Dr. B, so I thought he was Dr. Barnes) He was great. He had a super bedside manner, listened to me and was willing to continue with what a previous PM office had been doing and had worked. After my original visit , we had a plan and I went for 3 procedure visits. I had to wait a few extra day because he explained that they were just hiring a new Anesthesiologist. (He is awesome too, he also has a great bedside manner and sense of humor. At least I go to sleep smiling and laughing) At the procedures I again saw Dr. B (still thought he was Dr. Barnes. He even answered to Dr. Barnes when I said it. lol) These procedures worked OK, but I still had some pain. I showed him the spot that hurt, and this was higher than before. So he recommended another office visit. I set up an appointment with Dr. Barnes for two weeks later. I must say it was quite a shock when this woman came into the room and introduced herself as Dr. Barnes!! I asked her who the other Doctor was and she explained it. Boy was I embarrassed. But after the confusion was set aside, we started discussing things. I was really please that she had my new complaint in her files already, even though I had only mentioned it in passing to Dr. B. Let me say, Dr. Barnes also has a great personality and bedside manner. She even spent extra time explaining to me the different procedures and cleared up a lot of misconceptions I had. (Actually, if I was was her, I would have been trying to knock some sense into someone like me. But she held her composure and finally got it through my thick skull!!) We now have a new plan and a backup plan. All in all, both of these Doctors and the Anesthesiologist all have been great and I'm so glad I decided to switch doctors and come here. I personally say that if you are having back problems and are looking for some relief, you can't go wrong giving this place an opportunity to help you. BTW: The office staff are the best. Very friendly, helpful, cheerful, and overall great people. The Doctors should be grateful to have them, although I'm sure they are.

The Doctor recommended Prolo therapy injections to repair the damage instead of surgery. Prolo injections work with the body's natural healing process to bring inflammation and healing to the site of the injection. After a series of shots - which were not painful- my knee was 100% again. I recommend Dr. Razaq as well as Prolo therapy injections.

Anton Matveev is a liar, has a horrible patient side manner to include assault & a terrible memory…read more Upon my 1st visit I was explaining military incidents & VA treatments & he asked if I was sure I was receiving that treatment. I think it's unprofessional to ask me if I'm lying about VA treatment. Matveev could of asked for my clinical notes to read the specifics so that a patient doesn't know his internal feelings that he thinks we're liars or can't remember our specific treatment methods. At that same visit, even though I brought all my MRI discs in with me, he was dismissive & stated he believes my pain only stems from my neck & radiates downward. I reiterated the neck & other locations happened different years in the military & are separate. I showed him the report & told him they uploaded my MRI of my other location. Matveev then said he can do an ultrasound & take a look to verify. Upon doing an ultrasound he stated he did see the injuries BUT he never apologized for being dismissive. Matveev discussed hydrodissection & I asked for the ingredients since I'm allergic to some things. He gave it to me & I looked it up & told him that was ok to use on me. We set a follow-up appt BUT at that follow-up appt for my 1st set of injections I'm asking him about the specifics and he wouldn't answer me. After the injections he tells me he altered the procedure & didn't use dextrose because he thought I was allergic. I had to remind him that I looked it up in front of him & told him it was ok. I also told him I'm not use to a medical employee not going over the procedure prior to it starting. You can't make a decision without an individual approving that beforehand. A patient's body is not "property" of anyone. Matveev also unprofessionally compared my injuries to other patients my age. Since I'm not an identical twin in DNA to anyone & you don't treat my blood related family, then you can't compare me to strangers. To have an idea about a person's potential "degenerative" path, you must compare older blood family members such as siblings, parents and/or grandparents. If my blood related elders are perfectly healthy in their bone structure and joints etc., then my injuries incurred in my 20s have nothing to do with "normal degenerative" findings for a person my age based off of strangers my age. This verbiage is a constant unprofessional take on individualized care. Matveev then wanted to talk about my aggravated body language & why I seem I'm displeased when he speaks. So I discussed the above with him. I told him my pet peeve is being called a liar & you don't know me, so speaking in that manner is always going to set me off. Then I said do you know how often a female is asked questions like "are you sure you own this home by yourself?..." etc. Matveev only then humbled himself & said he now hears it & apologized for his verbiage. My last appointment which was the final straw. I told him that the VA did a painful procedure (because I keep all physicians informed in different networks). He asked me to stand up & face the wall away from him while he sat behind me. He grabbed my shoulders & swiftly turned me to the right & said I need you to turn like that for me. A sharp pain stabbed me due to the VA procedure location. I told him you CANNOT turn me like that. The next task he did the same thing again. I told him not to do that again. Then he lied and said I needed 2 separate appts on 2 different days to accomplish the next series of injections. He stated insurance doesn't allow 2 appointments with the same medical person on the same day. I decided to not call him out in his lie. I was getting a procedure covered by insurance & another procedure I was paying out of pocket so the out of pocket procedure has nothing to do with insurance for regenerative services. So there would only be 1 appt that involved insurance but at this point with the unwanted physical touching and the history of his unprofessional behavior & narratives, I was done. There are better & cheaper regenerative places I now know about like ROSM.

This place is great! Ok, so I've only been to one…read morerehabilitation center for my solitary injury, BUT I have worked in several doctors' offices, hospitals, customer service places, etc. I am surrounded by doctors and nurses because my mom was a nurse for a long time. So, all that to say, the customer service, the professionalism, the care given, the expertise shared, and the results make me a firm believer that this place is the diamond in the ruff. Every single staff member in this office shares the same mindset of attending to the patients with the best care and attention to detail, and they all work together so well. I would highly recommend Jason, the PTA there, if you are looking to recover quickly and efficiently. For us women, he's great because he pushes to your limit with the utmost respect and care you don't get from a lot of men. For the guys, I've seen him make his male patients sweat like nothing else, giving them stuff to do that brought tears to the eyes of some of these athletes (and there were a few I noticed, bball players, soccer, track, etc.). He individualizes your routines according to what you want to accomplish and the timeframe you have in mind. So, definitely get him. Another option is Desirae, she's newer, but she'll put you through a work out too!! Everyone is very knowlegable about the right stuff, and they're really invested in their patients that I didn't really see in a lot of other offices. The environment is fun, you can see the other patients really enjoying themselves (what?! enjoying physical therapy, well, yeah, here you do! =), and you get great results if you're honestly giving your best effort. So, definitely highly recommended!

They're both professional, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. 100% I would recommend asking for them as their schedules vary. I was also seen by Stephanie who was great as is the team that runs the front desk. The one thing that did throw me off is that the location has some large PT tables where sometimes you are laying next to another person. I had not experienced that and it is not something I'm a big fan of. Still, the team at ProFlex is very accommodating and helpful so if you have any preferences, just voice them. Overall great place for treatment and Courtney and Sandy are basically fabulous.

No feeling of judgement in any way and they order the tests to find the cause, however , they already pretty much know and describe it perfectly. That's bc they really listen. Shirley is so amazing ! Charlene is like the whole sun and not just a ray of it. Debbie is the sweetest woman I think I have ever spoken to in my life. I wish that all of my Dr's offices were like this. I can't remember the females name that did my pain contract, but she is also so kind and uplifting. It's nice to finally be in an environment so full of positive energy. They also donate to the animal shelter!! How can anyone not like a place that cares so much about animals and people ?! IMO- I wouldn't listen to the negative reviews , Some people are just impossible to please and aren't happy unless they complain , just stop. While waiting in the lobby, where every seat was stained with something, I was kept company by a gentleman in a wheelchair moaning who was waiting longer than me. After filling the 20 plus pages of entrance paperwork 3 weeks prior, I was then promoted to wait the day of by the staff while they entered my paperwork and requested a copy of my MRI(all this information was given to them 3 weeks prior). Upon finally entering the exam room, I was greeted by big traps full of bugs, patched up walls and smell of something. Oh, did I mention they pressured me on filling out paperwork to see the sleep apnea doctor next door, which I did not do. The Doctor finally comes in and proceeds to tell me on how they will schedule me to come back in a month for a urine test and then to go over treatment options then. I could go deeper, but my thumbs hurt.

Dr. Hakki and his team made me feel very comfortable and at ease with his knowledge as a board certified plastic surgeon. Let's start with my free consultation... it consisted of a private review of my needs and body. I was overly concerned with my stomach area and buttocks. Dr. Hakki insisted I didn't need a butt lift because the extra fat and skin around my waist hid it. He drew me a professional picture that illustrated my before and after with the Tummy Tuck and fine areas of Lipo. I loved it because in March I met with another plastic surgeon in Atlanta who was less attentive and less personable. Let's get to the Tummy Tuck. I scheduled my surgery for 11/6/18. This was an early birthday present for my 36th bday on 11/10/18. My feelings the day of surgery were all over the place. I was super emotional, scared, uneasy and nervous. I couldn't stop crying. I couldn't help myself. But his entire staff made it all worthwhile and I adore Crystal. She made me feel better and she truly brightened my time. Now I'm 10 days post op. Feeling great and standing straight. I stopped taking the meds because it made me sleepy. Besides the stitches, I'm in no pain and very happy I went forward with everything. I truly believe this tummy tuck will bring me more confidence and enjoyment. I can't wait for the summer baby! I recommended Luxxery to all my friends and family. My mom is interested in Botox and a neck lift. I know she'll be pleased with her consultation and facility. Luxxery is a hidden gem in the DMV.
