Both of our water system warranties had expired, and after an event that completely damaged our softener and iron filter, we struggled to find anyone willing to help repair them. Most companies we contacted only wanted to sell us entirely new systems. Kelsi took the time to work with what we already had. She came out, diagnosed the problems, and successfully fixed and rebooted both systems instead of pushing unnecessary replacements. That made a big difference for us. She also communicated very well throughout the entire process. She always followed up, kept us informed, and never left us wondering what was happening next. We truly appreciated her honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help us get our systems working again. Also note, the only other two reviews are within the past 24 hour period, no doubt solicited by this desperate owner, to her friends. Too much of a coincidence. We are pursuing this matter in civil court so time will tell whether she's truthful here, or in her denial to us about not having insurance. The photos don't lie. Look closely. Blow them up. This is shoddy work! Irresponsible. Unethical. Shameful. No wonder she doesn't disclose her last name publicly. People do that when they have something to hide.

I still don't have an invoice. He texted me that it was $1 per mile, then they charged $125. per hour!!! It took him about a half an hour talking on the phone concocting a price. (which I paid for the half an hour!). I paid cash and still no receipt! I asked for one and I was told that his Dad would text me one.....never happened... just explained how he got the bill up to $800! Not worth the more than $2 per MINUTE!
