After your $$$$!! Beware…read more I was a new patient, but filled out my paperwork before I got there. I waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. Other patients had come and gone well before I was taken back. The waiting room was rough. Chairs were torn up and it was generally dirty. The X-ray tech was amazing... the only reason it gets two stars. She was patient and kind. The dentist couldn't have cared less and spent less than 5 mins looking at my teeth. I don't even think he greeted himself. He kept trying to sell me on a cosmetic procedure (chipped tooth) even after I declined. He then started on the last next to me, as she's screaming during her extraction. I could see the whole thing. The dentist kept saying to her "sorry, nothing I can do". It was horrible. The hygienist checked my gums. 95% was in her "normal" range as she explained to me. Regardless of that I HAD to get a "deep clean" done. For $200!!! when I asked why it was so expensive I was told that my insurance won't cover it but they gave me discounts. When I asked to only have a regular cleaning that my insurance will cover they refused. The sales woman pressured me, telling me that i would pay triple that if I knew how bad my teeth were. After the dentist just told me I have great teeth. Scammers. Im glad I walked out of there without a cleaning and saving $200.

Finally relief for my severe bruxism. I love my custom fit night guard that was made for me with…read morethe help of Dr Chamberlain and his staff. I woke up this morning so rested without a headache, the guard fits perfectly. I was really surprised that it took zero time to get used to. I wore it last night for the first time and fell right to sleep in it :)! It's really comfortable and sort of a minimalist design, not bulky at all compared to other guards I've tried over the years. This one is very durable and cute. It snaps in place on my upper teeth. I noticed this morning while I was waking up, I was physically unable to clench or bite down on one side like I normally do. Amazing, it works like a supportive brace. Previous night guards I gave up on because they hurt and didn't help at all, very uncomfortable and couldn't sleep at all in them. I highly recommend this particular type of night guard. Dr Chamberlain explained the importance of wearing it only for a specified number of hours at a time, as well as instructions for cleaning it/caring for it.

He just wanted an old school kind of dentist and I tried to explain that this just doesn't exist anymore. A nurse, Lisa, from the senior center on Spyglass suggested Dr Christensen for my dad (he's 86) and I'm so glad she did. He was very professional and friendly. He didn't try to wow him with all the new tech in dental services, he just examined his teeth and asked what the issue was. He fixed my dad's tooth there on the spot and didn't rush through it. He kept asking my dad if he was satisfied and when my dad said no Dr Christensen would just keep making minor adjustments until my dad was happy with the results. The entire staff is friendly and overall it was just a great experience. It is such a relief to finally find a dentist we can trust and won't try to sell extra services just to make a buck. Dr Christensen is my dad's new dentist for the foreseeable future!

Dr. Beata Carlson is my regular dentist and I've always felt incredibly cared for at this office, so even though this was a last-minute emergency visit and she was unavailable, I trusted I'd be in good hands. Dr. Luo saw me and found a hairline fracture, so I now have a temporary crown while my permanent one is being made. But what really stood out to me was his bedside manner. He was calm, confident, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease through the whole process. I also noticed how respectfully he interacted with the dental assistant. You could genuinely feel the teamwork and how much they both cared about me and my dental health. I actually told him afterward how much I appreciated the experience. At Natural & Cosmetic Dentistry, this level of attentiveness, professionalism, and kindness just seems to be the standard. I've consistently had beautiful experiences there, and this visit was no exception. Now I'm just looking forward to getting my permanent crown. No dread, no anxiety. Just complete trust that I'm in excellent hands.
