I had already successfully transferred my recent cleaning record and X-rays from my previous dentist (dated December 2025), proving consistent care. My teeth and gums are healthy for a 70 year old person, and there was no clinical justification to deny care. After 3 re-scheduling and two hours that day, this office used a fabricated administrative barrier to withhold covered preventative care, likely to pressure me into unnecessary out-of-pocket treatments, all while billing my insurance for the diagnostic X-rays. I request a full investigation into this location's practices, due to non-completion of service, and that they be ordered to release my new X-rays to me without charge to prevent excess radiation.
