Now, this is uncommon to see the installer quote the job, we were impressed with the product and the price. Bonus to having the installer quote the job...he has all the products and tools to install right now! We decided to install the tint. This is not a super fast job so we had time to chat with the installer. Brandon is a super awesome guy, very nice and polite. We were happy to sit and talk with him while he installed the tint. Once he was finished he cleaned up after himself like he's never even been here. That is something that makes us happy. His last words to us were "don't touch the windows for 45 days." He says if there are any bubbles or imperfections after the 45 days call for warranty. Well, unfortunately after 45 days we had a bubble an imperfection in a corner. We called for a warranty claim. Fast forward to today, Brandon is here for the warranty. Again a great conversation, the tint was repaired and looks fantastic. Our experience was excellent. The product is awesome and makes a world of difference. Seeing that Brandon is the guy installing the product, I highly recommend using Bee Cool!

He promised a Saturday visit for a quote but did not show up; there was no return call that day despite me leaving a message and their office hours indicating they were open. When I called again on Monday, he admitted he "missed" the appointment, and claimed he hadn't received the message. He offered to come again the next Saturday, unwilling to arrange a different day. This organization clearly was uninterested in my business.

Not exaggerating, literally 1/3. This may make you think the quality was less than, but my windows looks amazing! Doug came for the consult and showed me different options and gave his advice for the space. The other company just measured and gave a quote. Now normally that wouldn't be an issue, but thankfully Doug was able to point out to me an aesthetic issue for the original way I wanted the film, and that led me to changing from installing on the interior to installing on the exterior of the windows. The result is very eye catching and I'm thankful he took the time to show me the potential issue. I'm only giving a 4/5 for speed of reply when emailing (sometimes I had to email more than once or call to get a reply, though I'm sure this could be a scheduling issue) and also because they only accept cash or cheque. If they had debit or credit options, it'd be a definite 5/5 from me. Great work and thank you! I'll definitely be contacting them again for the interior windows.

My friend was with me and got the guy to do it and once it was done, I had to go back to get it fixed. When I went back to get it fixed a guy living beside the shop was yelling at me saying he was going to call the cops for no apparent reason. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I didn't even get a receipt from the guy. You get what ya pay for.
