If I could put a half star or a negative star, I would. This review is 20 days in the making! I got…read morea dishwasher from the Brick on the 8th of January and Trans Global installed it and cost me $895. The guy who "installed" it, noticed that the valve was broken and had the audacity to say that I would have to purchase a valve. I responded that "The valve SHOULD be included on installation." They installed it anyways and "it's working" but wasn't because water was not going through. I called the head office and the same install guy came and "fixed" it by pouring water in the drainage in the washer. The day after I called again stating and told them the same issue. They say they "send someone in on the 21st to fix it." The 21st came and went and NO ONE showed up! I called the next day and they told me that "My appointment is on hold because I can't pay for a valve part and Admins are in talks with the store and will get back to me." And seven days later, that is the last time I heard from them! I am surprised that this company is still in business. Poor customer service, poor service in general! They like to gouge! This was the first and LAST time I'll shop at the Brick as well!!

After a short survey of the home they promptly began to move my possessions to the truck. They treated my items with respect and wrapped each piece of furniture carefully. When we arrived at our destination they efficiently Unloaded and placed everything where I directed. Considering the amount of work involved the price was fairly reasonable. I would definitely hire them again.

I do not recommend Eager Beaver Moving & Storage. They are a bunch of bozos as far as I am…read moreconcerned. I am a senior who had a residential move in Feb 2025. Items were supposed to be dropped at two locations; a storage facility for when my senior's apartment would be ready for occupancy and a few other items to an auction house, items that I would not be able to keep once in a smaller space. I had to leave out of province for two months to care for another elderly relative. By the time I returned and viewed the statement from the auction house, I saw that Eager Beavers were a bit too eager and disposed of many wrong items! I am not impressed at all. And to top it off, I was charged an extra $1500. over my initial quote, $1000 of which was spent for 4 guys to sit in a truck while they were stuck in traffic. Furious, does not adequately convey my feelings.
